Part two of I Really Lilac You. This shot is longer than my other ones.

And I don't own the picture.

Dean's POV:

I wake up moody. Even after owning a a shop for more than a month, I'm still not used to waking up at five in the morning.

I friggin' hate mornings.

I do the usual. Shower, brush my teeth, change, and head to my baby to get to my shop. I park my car in the parking lot in the parking lot a block away.

I wonder if Sammy's going to visit today? He's been talking about how he wants me to meet his girlfriend and is even talking about marrying her. But I won't really know until I meet her.

I shake my head of all thoughts and walk to the front door. I take the keys out of my leather jacket pocket and find the right key for the door. Just as I'm about to put the key in, I notice a letter taped on my front door.

I pull the tape off and look at the letter.

Who left an envelope on my door?

I look around. I'm pretty early, it doesn't look like anyone's around. Even Cas isn't in his store yet.

I unlock the door and walk in, taking the letter with me. I sit down in one of the booths and look it over.

There's no name or return address. It's just a blank, white envelope. I open the envelope and take out a single lined piece of paper.

I unfold it and read it:

~~~I really lilac you~~~
I immediately snap the letter shut as I feel my blush burn my cheeks off.
Is this from... Cas?
I turn my head and look at Cas's shop. The blush stays as I think about how Cas might like me. He might like me.
I look back at the letter.
Does he like me? It could be a prank. Would he punk me?
Shit, I don't know.
How do I know it's even from him? It's got a joke about a flower, Cas likes flowers. But everybody who knows Cas knows that he likes flowers.
I look back at Cas's shop to see him entering. The blush creeps back on my cheeks as I try to shake the thought of Cas's adorably awkward smile. I quickly shove the letter into my back pocket and put on my uniform, trying to clean and prep the shop for the customers.
Soon, the other employees come in, and as the store opens at 8:30, we start getting to work.
"Dean, we've got another lemon meringue for table five," Lisa tells me.
I start making the dough and the filling before putting them together and placing the pie in the oven. As the pie is finished baking, I hand it over to Lisa and she places it on their table.
The servers then rest as the customers stop coming in.
"So I've set you up online," Ash says as he turns his laptop my way. "You've got a menu on the website and they can get directions from this map over here."
"You're supposed to be a server Ash," I tell him.
"I think I do my share of work. Serving isn't my thing," he says as he takes his laptop back onto the table and continues to type.
