Raihan sat alone in his apartment, staring blankly at the wall. He couldn't shake off the feeling of emptiness that had been weighing on him for weeks. He had been working tirelessly on the case against Alejandro's organization, and it seemed like no matter how much progress he made, there was always more work to be done.
Raihan had always been a perfectionist, and he took his job as a detective very seriously. But lately, he found himself struggling to find meaning in his work. The constant violence and corruption that he encountered on a daily basis had started to take a toll on him, and he was beginning to question whether he was making any real difference in the world.
He tried to push these thoughts to the back of his mind, but they kept resurfacing, each time more persistent than before. One night, as he lay in bed, he found himself thinking about ending it all. He didn't want to die, but he also didn't see a way out of his current situation.
Raihan knew he needed to talk to someone, but he didn't know who to turn to. He didn't want to burden his colleagues with his personal problems, and he didn't have any close friends or family members he could confide in.That's when he thought of Alejandro. They had grown closer over the past few months, and Raihan had started to see him as more than just a criminal. He knew that Alejandro had been through some tough times in his life, and he might be able to understand what Raihan was going through.
Without giving it too much thought, Raihan got dressed and made his way to Alejandro's hideout. When he arrived, he found Alejandro sitting on the couch, watching TV. He looked up when Raihan entered, and a small smile played on his lips.
"Hey, what brings you here?" Alejandro asked.Raihan took a deep breath and sat down next to him. "I don't know, I just needed to talk to someone. I've been feeling really down lately."
Alejandro didn't say anything at first, but he put his arm around Raihan's shoulder and pulled him closer. Raihan didn't resist, and he found himself sinking into the embrace.
They sat like that for a while, not saying anything, just holding each other. Raihan felt a sense of comfort wash over him, and he knew that he had made the right decision by coming here. After a few minutes, Alejandro spoke up. "You know, I've been where you are. When things seem hopeless, and you can't see a way out. But you have to remember, there's always a way out. You just have to keep looking for it."
Raihan nodded, and they continued to talk for hours, about everything and nothing. It was the first time in a long time that Raihan felt like he could be himself around someone else, without any judgments or expectations. As the night wore on, Raihan realized that he didn't want to leave. He felt safe and comfortable in Alejandro's presence, and he didn't want to go back to his lonely apartment.
"Can I stay here tonight?" Raihan asked, almost hesitantly.
Alejandro looked at him with a small smile. "Of course, you can."They settled back on the couch, Raihan resting his head on Alejandro's chest. They didn't say anything, but Raihan could feel Alejandro's steady heartbeat against his cheek. It was a small gesture, but it meant everything to him.
As they drifted off to sleep, Raihan knew that.
