An Unexpected Connection

Bonus 22 - panic amd dream

Raihan had fallen asleep on the couch in Alejandro's living room, exhausted from a long day at work. But as he slept, he was plagued by a nightmare. In his dream, he was being chased by Alejandro's rivals, and no matter how fast he ran, he couldn't escape them. He woke up in a cold sweat, heart pounding in his chest.

But as he sat up and looked around, he realized that his nightmare wasn't over. Alejandro was nowhere to be found, and the only living thing in the room was Olympe, Alejandro's dog. Raihan's mind raced as he tried to make sense of the situation. Had something happened to Alejandro? Had his nightmare somehow become a reality?

As he started to hyperventilate and hit himself in distress, Olympe tried to stop him, whining and pawing at his arm. But Raihan was lost in his panic, unable to distinguish between reality and his nightmare.

It felt like an eternity had passed before Alejandro finally returned from his run. He walked into the living room to find Raihan on the floor, shaking and hurting himself. Without hesitation, he rushed to Raihan's side, cradling him in his arms and murmuring words of comfort.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to leave you alone," Alejandro said, his voice thick with emotion. "I'll never leave you again, I promise."

Raihan clung to Alejandro, tears streaming down his face. "I thought something had happened to you," he gasped. "I thought my nightmare was real."
Alejandro held him tighter, his own eyes filling with tears. "I'm here, I'm safe. You're safe. We're together."

And in that moment, Raihan knew that no matter what challenges they faced, no matter how difficult their journey became, they would always have each other.
