Raihan had had an exhausting day at work. His colleagues had been on edge, tensions running high as they pursued a lead on Alejandro's drug trafficking activities. Raihan had been so focused on the case that he hadn't even had time to eat lunch.
All he wanted now was to spend some time with Alejandro, to forget about work and just be with the person he cared about. He drove to Alejandro's apartment, eager to see him.

When he arrived, though, there was no one there except for Alejandro's dog, a Doberman named Olympe. Raihan felt his heart sink. He had been looking forward to seeing Alejandro all day, and now he was nowhere to be found.

Feeling lonely and frustrated, Raihan decided to wait for Alejandro. He sat down on the couch and absentmindedly petted Olympe, who had curled up beside him. Raihan had never been much of a dog person, but he found himself appreciating Olympe's company. The dog seemed to sense Raihan's mood and nuzzled closer to him, as if trying to comfort him.

After a while, Raihan grew tired and decided to go to bed. He didn't want to leave Olympe alone in the living room, so he brought the dog with him to Alejandro's bedroom. He lay down on the bed, still fully clothed, and Olympe hopped up next to him.

Raihan closed his eyes and tried to relax, but his mind was still racing with thoughts of work and Alejandro. He drifted off into a light sleep, the sound of Olympe's breathing soothing him.

He was awoken hours later by the sound of the front door opening. Raihan sat up, bleary-eyed, and saw Alejandro standing in the doorway. He looked exhausted, but when he saw Raihan and Olympe, a small smile appeared on his face.
"You guys look cozy," Alejandro said, his voice soft.

Raihan smiled back, feeling relieved to see him. "I've been waiting for you," he said, his voice slightly hoarse.
Alejandro walked over to the bed and sat down beside Raihan, his hand reaching out to pet Olympe. The three of them sat in silence for a few minutes, the only sound in the room the soft whirring of the ceiling fan.

Finally, Alejandro spoke. "I'm sorry I wasn't here when you got here," he said, his eyes locked on Raihan's. "I had some business to take care of."

"It's okay," Raihan said, feeling his frustration melt away. "I'm just glad you're here now."

Alejandro leaned in and pressed his lips to Raihan's. Raihan closed his eyes and wrapped his arms around Alejandro, pulling him closer. Olympe snuggled up to them, as if to say that she approved.

The three of them lay there, tangled up in each other, for a long time. They didn't need words to communicate. They were just happy to be together, to forget about the outside world for a little while and bask in each other's presence.

As Raihan drifted off to sleep again, he felt Alejandro's arm wrap around him protectively. He knew that he was safe here, in Alejandro's embrace, with Olympe keeping watch. He felt grateful for this moment of peace, knowing that it wouldn't last forever but savoring it while he could.
