I) 7 - "TO-DO LIST"

Indistincts conversations were heard from outside the door as it later opened showing Jinx and Ekko, talking to each other while making their way inside his house. "I'm telling you I tried to be normal once... most boring two minutes of my entire existence." Jinx explained to Ekko exhaling. They were discussing (or more like bickering over) the boundaries and manners to adopt when living together but Jinx wasn't interested in the conversation because whatever he'd say she won't agree anyways.

Taking her first step in, the bluenette's minds quickly traveled from his boring words to the house's decoration totally ignoring him. "Define normal though, 'cause I ain't letting you get your drawings all over the toilet lid— ayo you listenin ?" He asked seeing that she seemed to have dozed off. He snapped his fingers in front of her face as she threw him a look before pushing his hand to the side and going further into his house. He let out a sigh just following from behind.

"Why does your house look so small ? And it's so dark too, and it's pretty empty !" She commented as her eyes wandered around. Ekko rolled his eyes. "Sorry it ain't as artistic and luxurious as your previous mansion." He sarcastically answered as she chuckled walking back to him. She taped his shoulder smiling. "It's not that bad though, it just needs me to bring some modifications.."

"Don't even think of doing that." He warned frowning, he liked his house simple like that, it ressembles him in a way. And he didn't like the idea to personalise it because he wasn't attached to it in the first place. "Why not ?" She asked tilting her head to the side as they looked at each other. Ekko sighed shaking his head, deciding it was better to not answer the question. He didn't want to get personal just now, he just needed some sleep.

"You should go take a shower, the bathroom is the second door to your left. There's a towel on the sink, I haven't used it." He informed walking to the couch.

"Oh thank you I needed a shower !" She said emphasising on « need » letting out an exaggerated sigh of relief. Much to his surprise, Jinx started undressing, taking her shirt off right here, right in front of him. Ekko was quick to give her privacy turning his head to the side. "Are you crazy ?! Why you undressing here, can't you see I'm still here ?!" He spoke kinda embarrassed by the situation.

"Oh my bad, you're shy ?" She giggled putting her shirt back on. "Hey you can look I'm clothed now." She mocked seeing his position.

He carefully turned around and sighed seeing she was indeed back in her clothes. He stood up and went to her, grabbing her arm. "What ?" She asked taken aback by his gesture but he didn't reply and just pulled her to follow him through the house, guiding her to the bathroom. "You undress here, I'll be in my room." He ordered pointing his index to his bedroom door while looking at her in the eyes, making sure she took in what he said. Jinx nodded not causing further incidents as he closed the bathroom door, allowing her to get to her shower.

Ekko walked to his bedroom that was the first door right beside where Jinx was and went to his closet. He took out a shirt and short for Jinx to wear once she would be done. It may be oversized on her but at least she'd have something to wear to sleep. At that moment he couldn't believe they hadn't made sure to take with them the most essential things when they left her house. CLOTHES.

Shaking his head he walked to put them down on the floor in front of the bathroom door so she could dress up as soon as she finished washing. Knowing her already, she would 100% try and tease him wrapped in only a towel. Ekko then went back to his room, sitting on his bed. Just now he realised how tired he really was and that he just needed to relax. Feeling a pain on his back, he noticed he was still carrying Jinx's backpack the whole time and took it off. That's when his curious-self noticed the phone settled in one of the outside pockets of the bag.
