I) 8 - "DAY ONE"

"Okay, okay I surrender let me go now !" Jinx complained fighting Ekko's grip as the latter had captured her arms and kept it in a tight hood to prevent her from throwing hands. Chuckling, he moved his face close to her ear and spoke. "Say please and I might consider it." He teased smirking, the feeling of victory would always be the best for him.

Jinx rolled her eyes, totally reluctant to the idea but chose her priorities right. "Please let me go." She articulated stopping her struggle. "Good girl." He said before letting go of her wrists. As soon as he did, Jinx pushed him to the side and went to sit on her chair as he mocked her. "Revenge is a dish best eaten cold.." she muttered still playing with her plate as he raised an eyebrow.

"You haven't touched your food yet." He noticed as she would only be turning the spoon on the eggs since they sat down to eat. "I forgot to mention I don't like eggs." She said with a smile as he facepalmed, shaking his head. He couldn't believe this girl, why was she even trying to do that in the first place ? He thought.

"Leave it like this, I'm taking you somewhere to eat." He told her with a smirk as her mouth opened. "Thought you'd never ask !" She jumped off the chair and grabbed his wrist, pulling him out of his chair. He didn't fight it and followed her to his room. "So we gotta dress up, but you.. don't have clothes." He squeezed his lips placing a hand under his chin.

"You gon wear my clothes today as well." He shrugged going to his closet but she stopped him midway. "Hey, not that I don't like your clothes but your pants are a little big for me !" She explained showing him how big the short he lent her last night was on her. Indeed she had to manage to do tangle it so it wouldn't fall.

He looked at her top to bottom wondering what he could do when an idea came up. "Since everything's oversized on you, I'll give you a shirt and one of my coat. It should at least cover you mid thighs." He offered as she nodded in response. "It's going to be a nice dress on me !" She excitedly giggled.

And so they went to dress up in different rooms, Ekko using the living room to put on a simple yellow oversized shirt with a khaki cargo pant. He put on his socks and joined the bathroom, to see Jinx was already inside brushing her teeth. He took a look at her wearing his jacket and his eyes lasted longer than it should have on her exposed legs. "I get it, my beauty dazzles you, but you might wanna come and brush your teeth." She spoke snapping him off his mind. He cleared his throat approaching the sink as well to grab his toothbrush, he doesn't know what came to him. "You could've as well took a picture, you know that way you can stare at it—"

"I get it." He cut her off, rolling his eyes. She took teasing to a whole other level so he noted not to stare at her again. She started laughing at his reaction before rinsing her mouth and bouncing out of the bathroom. Letting out a sigh, Ekko put a hand on the sink, slightly leaning in to brush his teeth.

Once he finished, he joined Jinx that was leaning her back on the front door, more than excited to leave this place. When she noticed him she immediately stood up straight. "Hey we should go to the mall first !" She said with a pout as he raised an eyebrow confused.

"The mall ? Why ?"

"I want to buy clothes smart ass !" She said as he looked surprised at her choice of words, but he could only laugh inside noticing she was only quoting him. "'Kay then let's go miss pretty." He invited her in a head sign as he opened the door. "Yay!" She exclaimed, following him up close.

Ekko parked his motorcycle in the mall's parking lot as Jinx was looking everywhere around her, dumbstruck by the amount of cars in their but above all the amount of people walking in and out of the huge building. Her lips parted under the surprise as Ekko looked at her with a smirk, still enjoying her priceless reactions. He slightly nudged her to get her back to reality as she gulped. "That's... crazy." She said as he nodded.
