AN: This is important!
There is a mature part in this chapter, but I will put a little note before it gets there so you’re warned. If you don’t like it, don’t read it! I’m trying something new with this chapter, so please give me feedback!

The day passed by fairly quickly, much to my surprise. Jake was very helpful, telling me what to do and how to do it. The 6 hour shift seemed to have only taken 2, but I was relieved when I saw Harry's car outside the shop.
"Hey babe!" I grinned as I ran into his arms. My chest hit his with much force, and it sent us staggering backwards. Harry hit the ground pretty hard, but he seemed unfazed as a laugh escaped his lips.
"Nice to see you, too." He winked, being his normal cheeky self.
"Hey Zayn, I'll lock u- Oh, don't let me interrupt anything." Jake said from behind us, and I immediately jumped off of Harry. I offered him a hand up, and he took it; but he didn't let it go once we were standing, he just entwined our fingers together.
"Uh, Harry this is Jake, and Jake this is Harry, my boyfriend." I gestured between the two of them. Harry shook his hand, but he had this weird look in his eye that I couldn't quite put my finger on.
"I just locked up, so I'll be on my way. Nice meeting you Harry." Jake said, speaking mostly to me. Harry didn't answer, he just nodded.
"Oh, Zayn. There's a party on Friday at my buddy's house, you should come." He smirked.
I could feel Harry tense next to me, but I just squeezed his hand reassuringly. "Um, I'm not sure what I'm doing yet." I admitted to Jake.
"You should really go. It'll be a lot of fun with you there. Just give me a ring, ok?"
If Harry was rigid before, he was a rock now. "Alright." I replied, and he finally walked away.
I pulled Harry over to his car with a smile on my face. He seemed to still be a little tense, but he still managed a small smile. "How was your day?" He asked.
"It was good. I didn't train any of them yet, I just kinda got to play around and get used to everything." I pulled his hand up to my face and set it on my cheek, enjoying the warmth it created. He gave me a quick kiss before opening my door and jogging over to his own to get in.
He drove us back to the house, but his awkward silence didn't go unnoticed. I would ask him about it when we got back, for I didn't want him watching the road be his excuse not to look me in the eye. That was his way of hiding things from me; he'd make sure I couldn't look directly into his eyes. He knew I could read him better than any other person, and he knew better than to lie to me anyway.
We pulled up to the house, and he got out without a word. That was another way I could tell something was wrong with him, usually he was always talking with a big smile on his face. I followed closely behind him, and once he was in the house he plopped down on the couch, reaching for the remote. But I swatted his hand away and jumped on his lap, my hands cupping his cheeks. He didn't put his hands on me at all, which was another bad sign.
"What's wrong?"
- Harry's POV -
"What's wrong?" He asked softly, forcing me to look him in the eyes. He knew they were my weakness, his big chocolate orbs looking deeply into mine, as if he was searching my soul.
To be completely honest, I knew I was being stupid. I knew that the little feeling in my stomach when Jake looked at Zayn was all over nothing, but I couldn't help it. The way his eyes shamelessly checked him out - while I was standing there - was absolutely absurd; I could only imagine the things that went on when I wasn't there.
