Back on Valkyrie the girls relax and as one of them says this feels great, they hear nagate yell son of a biscuit. Yuhata-I hope nagate is ok. Ren-He will or I at least I think he will. En-It was nice of nagate to let us use the bath and set up lamps for us. Yuhata replies yeah then they hear nagate yell buckets again with the eyes. Izana gets out and says I'm gonna go check on nagate then heads for the room with her towel on. As she enters the room nagate is in she sees him installing the last lamp then sits down with a huff. Izana-You ok nagate I heard you yell a few times. Nagate-Sorry about that the lamps got me a few times when I was putting in the bulbs. Izana-I see. But are you shore you're ok nagate you seem a bit distant? Nagate scoots next to her and after putting a hand on hers he says I'm ok really but then izana notices he has a fake smile on with tears coming down then his face turns to sadness making izana go in to hug him and as they look at each other they hear yuhata say hey nagate are the lamps ready. He replies they are ready then leaves the room and as they enter, they see him with a sad look as he heads off to another room.

As they lay down mio says Ah man this hits the spot. Ren-You got that right. These lamps feel amazing, even better than sidonia's. En-I wonder where nagate got them from. Yuhata-Hey izana you ok you seem down. Izana-I'm just really worried about nagate. After he escaped the drej he seemed more worried than ever. Yuhata-Well maybe there's something we could do to cheer him up. Why not invite him to the bath next time with us. Izana and the others at the same time say whaaaat then izana says in...invite him to bath with us ah...well ah I'm not shore. Yuhata-Come on izana it could cheer nagate up a bit? Izana thinks for a second then says I have to think about it. As the group continue talking nagate is on the bridge looking at his map to the titan and huffs then he gets an alert. Nagate-Everyone head to the bridge were coming up on the first soler system. Izana-Were on our way. As they enter the bridge the ship comes out of hyperspace then nagate looks out the window and says what the hell making the group look. The group are terrified to see the 3 planets split in half and alongside them a massive debris field of alien ships. Yuhata-What happened here? Ren-It looks like there was a massive battle but what did this to the planets. Nagate-My guess it was probably the gauna that did this. En-How so? Nagate-Yuhata in Sidonia archive didn't it say that earth was split into two? Yuhata-That's correct wait you don't think the gauna could have destroyed all three of these planets?

Nagate-They're the only creatures that could do such a thing, but the question remains why would the gauna even attack them. As they look out the window, they see frozen corpses floating in the vacuum of space scaring them and making some of them look away then Mei says this feels familiar. Nagate-How so? Mei-I don't know but I just have this feeling I've been here before. Nagate lifts eyebrow making him wonder then he takes the controls to avoid the debris and as he flies through, he sees one of the ships intact partially and pulls alongside it. En-What are you doing nagate? Nagate-I'm going over to see if the data on that ship is still intact. Yuhata-What are you crazy we don't know what can be over there on that ship. Nagate-And we don't know what happened in this soler system. Something else happened here and the answer to finding out is on that ship. Yuhata-Ok then. I'm coming with you. Izana-Me too there's no way I'm going to lose you again. Nagate-Alright then. The rest of you keep your eyes and ears open for anything we still don't know if the gauna will show up so be ready. En-We will nagate. As en takes the controls of the ship nagate, yuhata and izana put on their space suits then when they finish yuhata says these suits feel weird. Izana-Yeah, they're not like the skin suits Sidonia has. Nagate-Well they are suits that were built from the drifter colonies.

Izana-I see. Yuhata-Wait your telling me your people haven't invented skin suits yet? Nagate-We haven't had a need to. Yuhata-I see. After nagate checks their suits, he then says alright once were onboard we find the bridge quickly then get out. Izana-Wait you don't want to at least explore the rest of the ship. Nagate-I don't want to be on that ship more than we have to if whatever destroyed this system and fleet comes back. Yuhata-Agreed En-Alright nagate I've holding steady alongside the ship. Nagate-Thanks en. Alright team once were aboard watch your thrusters and oxygen levels. Like yuhata said we don't know what will find over there so keep your pistols ready. Yuhata and izana say roger then after nagate opens the airlock door they float to the other side once aboard they come across wrecked hallways and frozen corpse frightening them making yuhata look away and izana hides behind nagates back. He then takes out a flashlight and as he proceeds forward to the hall, he sees more puncture holes and examines them.
