After her year away from The Doctor Nyssa and Phoebe Tegan decided to travel agin while answering a distress call The Doctor Nyssa and Phoebe were doing so bio engineering with the colonists, making Tegan feel quite left out.
So the colonists invited her for a meal instead, naturally, she obliged. The colony was F-four that night Tegan becomes seriously ill.
The next morning Phoebe wakes up find a very pale looking Tegan.
"Nyssa get The Doctor now we need to move Tegan to the medical but she unwell" Phoebe said
"What's going on" The Doctor asked
"It Tegan she ill like seriously ill we need to move to the medical hut so I can exam her" Phoebe said
The three of them move Tegan to the medical hut and place her on the bed.
"So what's wrong with her" Nyssa asked
"Well my first though was food poisoning but you don't get this sick from food poisoning so now I'm thinking it some sort of virus" Phoebe said
"What is it" The Doctor asked
"I have no idea I need to stabiliser her first I need antibiotics Toopyer do you have any any an i need a saline drip" Phoebe said
"Yes we have antibiotics" Toopyer said
Toopyer got the antibiotics that Phoebe needed
"Dr Stocks here are the antibiotics" Toopyer said
"Thanks I need them to get her stable but she need a antidote to cure I can stabiliser with these" Phoebe said
"How is she" The Doctor asked
"Well I have her stable but the only way I came cure her is with antidote" Phoebe said
"Don't worry Nyssa and Toopyer are already on it doing soil sample" Phoebe said
"Thank you we are looking a virus I'm not sure yet but for now she stable" Phoebe said
"Nice work Phoebe" The Doctor said
"Thanks look until I know what we're dealing with I locking down the medical hut no one in or out expect us" Phoebe said
"Right I got help identify the virus" The Doctor said
"After I have got Tegan more stable I join I need to take blood of the colonies to see if they are carriers" Phoebe said
"Okay fine" The Doctor said
Phoebe got Tegan stable it was the best she could do until antidote was made she joined Nyssa and Toopyer.
"How's Tegan" Nyssa asked
"She stable but I need to find the virus she contacted I rule everyout what are you working on"Phoebe said
"Well we found a contraceptive in the soil could that be making her sick" Nyssa said
"No I don't think you don't get that sick from a contraceptive now I can rule that out it definitely a virus" Phoebe said
"Phoebe I found out it a genetically engineered virus it think that what's making her sick" The Doctor said
"I would have to take bloods to be sure and then take bloods off one of the colonists to see if Is the virus" Phoebe said
"You can take the bloods from me" Toopyer sajd
"Thank you" Phoebe said
Phoebe when back to the medical hut with Toopyer to take Tegan's and Toopyer bloods.
"Right do you have a path lab here I need these fast track" Phoebe said
"I can these analysed quickly for you" Toopyer said
"Thank you get to it I not leaving Tegan" Phoebe said
Once Phoebe got the lab work back she now knew she was working with a genetically engineered virus The Doctor and Nyssa came to the medical hut to check how Tegan was.
"How is she" The Doctor asked
"Well i now know it's a genetically engineered virus which is in Toopyer blood I can cure her now I just need a antidote i now know what we dealing with" Phoebe said
Phoebe worked quick to make antidote for Tegan she just this would be enough to save her she would still be weak for a couple of days.
"Got it let's hope this works" Phoebe said
"What is it" Nyssa asked
"Well this Nyssa is the antidote I made for Tegan I rushed it but I hope this works is it does we can move Tegan to the medical bay in the TARDIS for a couple of days" Phoebe said
Phoebe injected Tegan with the Antidote and Tegan started to come around The Doctor and Nyssa barricadas the door to tell the colonists that Tegan got ill by a genetically engineered virus.
"It worked Doctor Nyssa Tegan waking up" Phoebe said
"What happened"Tegan asked
"Well Tegan you got sick very sick I cured you unfortunately your still weak as soon as your well enough we move to the TARDIS were I have the equipment to monitor you" Phoebe said
The colonist were demanding The Doctor got them off this unfortunately they were carries Phoebe explained they would bring a virus to Earth The Doctor agreed to take two of them on the condition that Tegan and Phoebe come to.
"Right we need to move" The Doctor said
"Okay let's get Tegan she too weak to walk so we have to help her" Phoebe said
Phoebe and The Doctor helped Tegan stand up and help her walk to the TARDIS the IV line with Antibiotics was still connected to Tegan lucky Phoebe held the bag up.
The Doctor and Phoebe helped Tegan into the TARDIS and dematerialised.
"Right I get Tegan to the medical bay and you pick up Nyssa" Phoebe said
Phoebe got Tegan to the medical bay and gave her more of the antidote and more antibiotics.
