Phoebe and The Doctor had been summoned to Earth 38 to desk with a new threat Cadmas it was organisation that wanted Aliens who a refugees on Earth they want them off Earth as they believe Earth should be human only.
Kara had asked to come and help with the new threat Phoebe and The Doctor came from Earth 40 there universe was big.
The landed inside the DEO Phoebe and Doctor though that maybe Cadmas would see them as a threat given the fact The Doctor and Phoebe only visit Earth but they don't live on it.
Phoebe the Doctor Martha and Amy came out of the TARDIS angrily because they were halfway though dealing with something important The weeping angels.
"Right this had been important because were 2 universes away dealing with something important I gave you guys the summoning device for life and death situations"Phoebe said
"Sorry but this important what do you guys know about Cadmas" Hank asked
"Cadmas I'm not sure it's not in our universe anyway" The Doctor said
"No we don't to be fair we couldn't travel to other universes until the Earth 1 lot made a black hold causing a breach in the TARDIS" Phoebe said
"Oops" Kara said
"Tell me about it i made a device to stabilised it so it doesn't use up the TARDIS power but right now we have more important things to worry about" Phoebe said
"We will work it out" The Doctor said
And with that we fix it.
