Today was the day where Phoebe the Doctor Tegan and Turlough would go back to Gallifrey it was time for Phoebe to Graduate the academy.
Phoebe had passed all her classes and lessons she did with a quadruple first and Borusa was very pleased for her.
"Where we going" Turlough asked
"Gallifrey" The Doctor said
"Why" Tegan said
"Because my daughter graduates from the academy today I'm very proud of her she a fully educated Timelord" The Doctor said
Phoebe came into the console room dressed in her robes which she hated but had to wear graduating from the Academy.
"Look at you, all smart, looking ready for your graduation ceremony" The Doctor said
"You know full well how much I hate wearing the robes is this ceremony going to be anything like the normal ones where I have to stand in front of the entire high council are you know how much I hate the ceremony is even been made to go to them" Phoebe said
"Yes I know before we land i better get changed into my robes also Tegan Turlough I left you some robes out to High council demand" The Doctor said
The Doctor Tegan and Turlough got changed into there robes as required. They landed on Gallifrey.
As they walked out they were greeted by the High Council.
"Doctor Phoebe welcome home and Turlough Tegan welcome to Gallifrey home of the Timelords" Borusa said
"Lord President let's just get this over with"Phoebe said
They all walked to the High Council chamber where the graduation ceremony was about to begin. Phoebe was the only one in her class, graduating because a lot of people had to retake the academy this year and that was not good.
"Timelord we are herby to celebrate the graduation of Phoebe Stocks who pass the Academy with a quadruple first, which is the first any Timelord I hereby give the certificate. It is hereby acknowledged the PHOEBE LEIGH STOCKS has completed the test of the untempered Schism and so has earned the rank and title of TimeLady all privileges and status granted to Phoebe of this certificate The council agree that the course of training undertaken had been completed to the highest standard in Cosmic Sciences Gallifreyan Law- Thermodynamics the following codes are understood and honoured.
1 I swear to protect the ancient Law of Gallifrey with all my night and brain
2 I will to the end of my days with justice and with honour temper my actions and my thoughts" Boursa said
"Thank you I did my best to get to where I am thank you"Phoebe said
"It's well deserved" The Doctor said
"I will tell you this Doctor your daughter has set standards at the academy obviously we're not expecting other people to get a quadruple first, but we are expecting them to do their best congratulations Phoebe enjoy travelling also you pass all your exams with tops marks" Boursa said
"Well I try my best I just hope I see other people past well" Phoebe said
"I'm sure you will Phoebe" The Doctor said
The five of them headed back to TARDIS changed out of their robes and headed on a brand new adventure.
