The Doctor Phoebe and Peri were suffering from spectrox toxaemia. Phoebe had given Peri her last viral of bats milk she had Peri had recovered but Phoebe was dying and so was The Doctor.
The Doctor had to save his daughter as a final sacrifice Peri and Jax were doing everything in there power to keep Phoebe alive she was burning up.
"How is she" The Doctor asked
"She dying Doctor of Spectrox toxaemia" Jax said
"I know" The Doctor said
The Doctor took his celery off his coat and use to bring Phoebe round.
"Hello Dad" Phoebe said
"That's more like it where's that bay milk"The Doctor asked
"Gave it to Peri she needed more then I did" Phoebe said
"Come on we need to get to the TARDIS" The Doctor said
The Doctor picked Phoebe up and carried her to the TARDIS as she was weak he was dying to Phoebe had made the ultimate sacrifice the Doctor handed Peri the key she unlocked the TARDIS for them The Doctor layed Phoebe down he set the controls and layed down next to her they were both about to regenerate this was the Doctor 5th regeneration and Phoebe second regeneration.
Both The Doctor and Phoebe had regenerate together for the first time.
"What just happened" Peri asked
"Oh right well myself and The Doctor were dying so we regenerate in order to save ourselves it what we do as Timelords" Phoebe explained
"But you look the same apart from your hair The Doctor changed" Peri said
"Ah yes something else for me to explain later I need clothes" Phoebe said
Both Phoebe and The Doctor changed their clothes the Doctor picked out an awful muilt colour outfit and Phoebe picked out a blue outfit.
"Doctor what the hell are you wearing it disgusting I perfer you cricket outfit that is hello Joseph Technicolor Dreamcoat vibes" Phoebe said
"Thank you I take has a compliment" The Doctor said
"That was not meant to be it awful" Phoebe explained
Phoebe had a slight feeling that she was going to clash with this particular incarnation of The Doctor. She much preferred. His are the incarnation because they seem to get on, but due to the fact to what The Doctor is wearing the whole multicoloured staff, and also trying to strangle Peri was not a good start for Phoebe, and she could see that she wasn't going to get on with this particular version of The Doctor.
Phoebe knew that the doctor went every time he regenerated it could affect how he was post regeneration, but this was just a completely different version of The Doctor showing already, and this is why their relationship got affected when he reached his six incarnation of himself she hated the fact that this was the choice of outfit come for multicoloured bright orange boots. It was not a good look. It was like he was trying to show the timelord Ness of himself. At least Phoebe had found a sensible outfit aware that she didn't like this incarnation and things weren't going to get much better until his seventh incarnation the incarnation before the time war.
