I arrived back at the waiting room and saw Father and Shoto.
“Well done, sweetie.” Father said as I gave him a small smile on my usual stoic expression on my face with my hands together in a standing position.

“I was just about to attack that guy but I didn't know you were that strong.” Shoto said.

Midoriya p.o.v.
The match between a student from Class 1-B, Oruko, and a general studies student ended pretty quickly. And Oruko won that round. Next was Kaminari and a girl named Shiozaki from Class 1-B.
“It's time to welcome our next competitors! Even beautiful flowers have thorns! It's the assassin from Class 1-B, lbara Shiozaki from the Hero Course!” Present Mic introduced a green-haired girl.
“Versus. The boy with an electric personality! Another Hero in the making: Denki Kaminari!” He exclaimed, making the entire crowd cheer. “Keep those eyes peeled! I wanna see a super flashy battle this time!” He added.
“Excuse me!” Shiozaki called out.
“Please pardon the interruption. I'm not sure why you called me an assassin, I joined the festival in search of victory, not taking my opponent's life. That wouldn't be in line with the values of a hero at all sir.” She added.
“Right, I'm sorry.” Present Mic said.
“Gentlemen, I didn't enter the U.A for wicked or selfish reasons, but to deliver salvation to others. It is my humble quest to spread true good across this world.” Shiozaki stated.
“Listen, I said I was sorry! It was my fault, okay?” Present Mic said as she nodded.
“I thank you for your kind understanding.” Shiozaki said and bowed and walked back to her place.
“So, anyway... Begin!” Present Mic exclaimed, indicating the start of the match.
“What do you say me and you go out after this? I'd be happy to treat you to a bite!” Kaminari told her, making the girl confused.
“And comfort you after your loss. Cause this is going to be over in two seconds honey.” He added.
Electricity started to surround Kaminari and bolts of light escaped his body.
“Indiscriminate shock... 1.3 Million volts!” He exclaimed and aimed his electricity on
the ground.
The ground beneath started to crack and immediately tied her opponent with the vines that erupted from the ground.
“He's immobilized! That's all folks! It was over in an instant!” Present Mic said.
“The winner is Shiozaki! She advances on!” Midnight announced, making the crowd cheer.
“I'm just so thankful that I was able to make the most of the opportunity that I was given today.” She said in a praying position.
“Alright! Way to represent Class 1-B!” Tetsutetsu exclaimed.
“Man, she's good.” Jiro mumbled.
“Hey, she has a pretty similar quirk to Kuran. Don't you think so?” Tsu asked. Yaoyorozu nods in agreement.
“Yeah both of them use butterflies and vines to capture their opponents.” Yaoyorozu said.
“Guess he was right.” A voice spoke. As I turned to my left, I saw a blonde-haired boy. He had a peculiar grin on his face.
