Justina had always hoped for a peaceful life surrounded by books, she isn't ambitious, she has no desire for greatness unlike her brother who everyone thought will discover the cure for cancer. He had always leaved vicariously through her. During their highschool years, she hanged around the mean girls, dated the school Jock, went to all the hit parties, you could say she was an unwilling participant. If you asked her about her highschool years, she would say it's dog eat dog country, it's either you are way up there or you are down below being bullied. She didn't take part in the bullying but she didn't stop it either and that's why she called herself an unwilling participant.

"Rise and shine cutie" smiled Lilith as she pushed back the curtain inviting the morning sun into the room

"Go away" said Justina as she tried to hide herself from the light

"Justin is gone" said Lilith. And that was enough to have Justina jumping off the bed and running down the stairs. She could hear Lilith chuckle behind her. How can she laugh when her brother is gone. She rushed into the room she was brought into the first time she woke up here.

"Morning Ti, you look like something Mrs Betty's cat throw up" said Justin. She sighed as her brother brought a cup towards his mouth, he took a sip of what appeared to be coffee. He looked clean, wearing a different set of clothes from yesterday. "Mr Wasim lent me some clothes"

"How nice of him" she smiled at him before turning around to glare at Lilith

"I had to wake you up somehow" she shrugged

"That wasn't even funny" Justina glared

"Go take a shower before the rest come down, remember. Sensitive nose." Chuckled Lilith as she walked away

"And where are you going?" She asked. She doesn't want to leave her brother alone

"To make breakfast, some one has to feed the humans. Oh wait. He is not human" she said and made her exit

Justina felt sour all over, the adrenaline and excitement from last night kept her from feeling the pain of being thrown to the floor but now that everything is over, her body hurt.

"My body feels so sore" she said as she tries to stretch

"The warm shower will help" her brother said  as he took another sip. "I'm sorry for hurting you"

"Huh?" Asked Justina confused

"You know, the "help" on your tummy" he said sadly. It should have faded by now, mine has"

"Let me check" she made an attempt to lift her dress

"Ew, go do that in the bathroom, I don't want to see your ugly bellybutton" Justin wrinkled his nose.

"Maybe I should have left you there" frowned Justina

"I would have gotten away, dragon powers" he shrugged. She realised they haven't spoken about the ordeal, they need to do that but first she needs a warm shower.

"Stay here, don't go anywhere" she said as she walked away. her younger brother rolled his eyes to her request.

...

Justina looked at the grey tee shirt and high waisted jeans beside the bathroom sink. A small note was on top the clothings which simple read "you are welcome". She smiled, she needs to stop wearing Lilith clothes. It's time she goes home.

Justin was right, the warm shower did help. She still felt sore but it wasn't something she couldn't handle. She walked downstairs to the dinning room. She saw Justin seated at the table staring at the man who shot her. She sat beside her brother and took his hand in hers.

"You okay?" she asked

"Yeah" he smiled at her "Mr Wasim has been nice"

"Call me Wasim, now let me take care of your wound" the warlock said as he walked over to the twins, he closed his eyes and waved his hands over them as blue spark emitted from his palm.

"Wow" said Justin in amazement.

"How do you feel?" Asked Wasim as he dropped his hand

"Better" smiled Justina. All the soreness was gone. She looked at her brother, the claw mark around his neck has disappeared.

"How did you do that?" Justin asked in amazement

"Magic" smiled Wasim

"Magic?" Questioned Justin

"I used to think they were aliens but now I think it's the other option" said Justina to her brother

"Which is?" Asked Lilith as she placed a plate of food in front of Justina and her brother.

"Supernatural, I mean it quite ridiculous but it seems plausible"

"All the legends are true" said Ryan as he walked into the kitchen with Red and Elliott following behind.

"So you guys are superheroes?" Asked Justin

"Nah, we are not trying to save anyone" smiled Elliott

"Then what are the use of your powers?" Asked Justin clearly confused as why they will waste such a gift. He doesn't understand what is going on but if this isn't a dream then he is loving it and if it is a dream, he doesn't want to wake up.

"We had a plan and now it's screwed up" glared Red at the twins

"Screwed up how?"

"You ask so many questions" said the gun man with an expression Justina cannot read.

"He is twenty, it's that age" smiled Ryan

"That age?" The man asked with raised brows.

"My lord we are wasting time" said Red to the man

"Time is a construct Red" said Wasim nonchalantly

"He is a dragon, you say?" Asked the man. Justina chose to stay out of the conversation because something about this man makes her want to run and hide.

"No my lord, it's impossible, there are no more dragons" the warlock said

"But he breathed fire" said Elliott

"I will run some tests, feel his magic" said Wasim more to himself as if making a schedule in his head.

"Okay, this have been fun but we are going home" said Justina as she stood up. She appreciates their help in getting her brother out of the basement, she was an unwilling participant in all this, she wants to go home where there is an ambiance of normalcy

"We are?" Asked Justin with his mouth full of food

"Yes we are"

"No you are not"
