"Why so sad, little one?" a voice said, making her look up from her imprisonment to see none other than the one who's currently taken over her body as it was the very same demon from the scroll Lunar, Funneh, Aphmau and Lucinda found in Lunar's secret library and Bai He glared silently towards the demon. "There's no need for that face child, this is a time for celebration. Destiny is upon us, the hour awaits" the demon cooed towards the little girl. "Lady, what you're saying is making no sense. 'Destiny' this or 'Destiny' that..." Bai He said with a deadpanned expression before scoffing and this made the female demon frown as she said "I don't expect a child like yourself to understand, but no matter. In time this world will cease to exist, and a new one shall take its place".
"You must be a real big dum dum if you don't think my Mom won't stop you and save me along with her siblings too, Lady!" Bai He said with a grin as this made the female demon angry. She sneered as she grabbed Bai He's face, squishing it as she growled with her eyes flashing red "I think that sassy little mouth of yours is starting to irritate me" and Bai He grunts attempting to push the demon away from her, but the chains held her tightly and then the female demon lets go of Bai He's face and slightly moved back before saying "As for that Mother of yours, no need to worry about her" and this made Bai He raised an eyebrow in confusion as she asked "Why?" and the female demon smirked, leaned forward and whispered something into the girl's ear and then when pulled away as Bai He gasped with a feared look spread on her face that sent shivers to her spine as she trailed off "N-No..." and then the female demon stepped back as she said "Now if you excuse me, my destiny awaits" and then gives the girl a bow before disappearing into the darkness and then Bai He attempted to go after her but was pulled down a little by the chains and more she struggled, the chains only held her tighter. "No! You can't, leave her alone!" Bai He shouts and then whimpers as tears start streaming down from her eyes to her face.
"NOOOOOOOOOO! MOM!!!!!!!!!!" as her voice echoed throughout the darkness.
Meanwhile at the Bone Demon Temple
Monkey King was struggling to hold up a spiked wall that was about to crush him until a golden hologram of Mk appeared as he said happily "Monkey King! It worked!" and Monkey King said "H-Hey...bud! So..y-you figured how to use astral projection, huh?" as he was still struggling.
"Yeah and I only had five nosebleeds! How's your vacation? How are you? It's so good to see-" Mk starts to say until Monkey King cuts him off by saying "Now's not the best time bud...!" and then Mk starts to say again "Okay. It's just that I haven't heard from you in a bit and I kinda got... Uh... My training...?" and then stammered as Monkey King replied "Uh.. y-yeah...! I'm gonna have you...uh...work on your own for a bit longer! Remember! You can do it...! Trust your instincts! I don't know...! Maybe work on shrinking your staff...?!" and then Mk said "Oh, you mean like this? Hehe..." as he shrank his staff and smirked lowly with a laugh, making Monkey King a bit angry at him for being arrogant. "Okay, Smart Guy! Shrink yourself then!" Monkey King said and then Mk asked "Shrink myself? How the dog am I meant to learn that?!" and Monkey King said "Ah, you'll figure it out! Just... Think Little!! Oh ah! My missus is here! Gotta run!" and quickly as the wall almost crushed him zoomed off. "Trust my instincts? Wait-" Mk starts to say but was cut off as the wall crushed his telepathic communication self.
