We found an empty corridor and stopped to collect our breaths. He was still holding my hand and his delicate touch gave me insurmountable shivers of joy. I looked at him grasping for breaths and he gazed back at me, a grin on his lovely face and giving every indication of being in complete delight. The quietness of the deserted hallway seemed to struck me just now like a realization that I was actually alone with Levi. He was inches away from me. Hands interlocked. I could feel his warm intake of breaths. His lips looked so soft right now. And that was when I was conscious of it. How I liked the way his bottom lip was bigger than his upper lip, the way he smiles like a playful innocent child, or the way his eyes held so much definition and meaning and personality.

"I think we lost them," he said suddenly, walking towards the corner and scanning the opposite hallway.

"Why did you want to run away from them in the first place?" I asked

"They looked at me like I'm some sort of food they can pick on. I don't like that."

"Can't imagine how that's like"

"Believe me you don't want to,"

"I bet"

"Anyways what about you?"

"What about me?"

"Things you like or dislike. Movies you hate. Pets you own. Books you love. Humans you despise. Weird fetishes and all that jazz", he chuckled at his own sentiment and I laughed in return.

"Well I love Steven Spielberg movies if that counts. I don't have pets. I'm obsessed with Nicholas Sparks books. I despise Alexis Reptelia and her friend Maurina. Anddd that's all I'm gonna say for now"

"Wow judging from what you said I can honestly say that you are highly intelligent human being"

"Haha very funny now what about you?"

He looked away from me and he was staring off into the abyss. He looked like he was deep in thought and I was just about to say something when he spoke:

"The things I like are many varied and ever changing. I like John Green books and soccer and pandas and henna tattoos and all sorts of random stuff. Favorite movies? I can't decide since I like all of them all so equally. Humans I despise? They are all non-existent of today's time. Hitler and Stalin and Vladimir Putin, although, my dad has a pet squirrel I hate. These all change from time to time. And all the things I adore seem to just draw out away from me. But here's what I think; we do not remember days, we remember moments."

He looked back at me with those paralyzing hazel green eyes. I stared back in wonder at this enigmatic person. And I swear my life changed the moment he said those words because the rest of the day that has passed was just me pondering about him and what he said.

---------------------------------

They say home is where the heart is and my heart is definitely not where my parents are vacated at. Strict, bossy, and meticulous are just a few words to describe my parents. I don't particularly hate them but I do hate the way they do things like not letting me leave the house at any given moment or basically not letting me be a normal teenage girl. For once I'd like to just rebel and have some freedom with my life. That's where my next door neighbor and also my bestfriend comes in. Her name is Lyanna Pandana and she is the most awesome human being on earth. Why? Because she knows ways to get me in and out of my house and in turn she knows how to sneak in my room whenever she or I want to.

I see her in her window right now preparing to dive and do a somersault right through my window. She jumps and lands on the pillow I prepared for her. She looks up, a grin on her face.

"It becomes easier everyday" she said while doing her hair.

"Wow maybe for you," I reply, chuckling at her amazing madness.

She hopped on my bed.

"So what's up?" Lyanna said

"Well there is this new guy in school..."

"Hold up, hold up" she's holding up pointer fingers to indicate how serious she was, "Hot or naww"

I grinned, "Very hot"

"OMFG"

"IKR"

"Did you talk to him?"

"I think I was the first one to talk to him I think"

"wow gurl you work fast af"

"Gosh it wasn't intentional. I just sort of bumped into him... literally"

"Tell me the whole story"

And so I told her. Everything. The thing I like about Lyanna is how I can tell her anything to everything because I know she will never betray me. I think she feels the same way about me too because I'm her first and best of friends. She'd probably even have tons of friends if she wasn't home schooled. And let me tell you; she is way smarter than me. Maybe its because of her creativeness. But the thing I love about her is her unyielding kindness and the way she sympathizes with other people and even strangers she doesn't even know. Sometimes I wonder if she' an angel sent from heaven to guide me in my drastic life. I'm luck to have her. And she's lucky to have me.

After I finished saying the whole story she put her thinking face on. Oh gosh. I know that face all too well. That's when her brains starts ticking and gets creative and overly smart. She's planning something. She looks up at me with her widest grin yet and says

"I have an amazing idea"
