Chapter 30

“I can wait in the car because I will go back to sleep at the condo. I'll talk to Koh for a moment and then go back,” Brown replied in a normal voice.

“So where are you going?” Brown asked Gap to change the subject.

"I'm going to pick up Mail. Hey, you can go up and wait in the room," Gap insisted but Brown shook his head back and forth.

“It's okay, I'll be right back. You go pick up your girlfriend," Brown said teasingly with a smile. Gap smiled back.

"l'll go first, see you later," Gap waved goodbye to Brown and walk separately to his motorcycle. As for Brown, he continued to wait for Koh in the car. He took out his cell phone and dialed Koh again but Koh did not answer the call.

After helping his brother close the shop, Koh rode his motorcycle back to his home. At first, he wanted to sleep at his brother's house because he still didn't want to face his father. But Gram told him to go back to sleep at home because he didn't want his younger brother to escape the problem. Koh rode his bike to park in front of his house but as soon as he noticed that Brown's car was parked he froze a little. His heart fluttered uncontrollably when he saw that someone was sitting in the car which is likely to be Brown himself. So he had to walk to find Brown who had kept his glass lowered slightly.

Knock!! Knock!!

"Phi Brown," Koh called his lover who was sleeping in the car. Brown opened his eyes when he heard the sound of his lover.

“Back already?” Brown greeted, before opening the car window wider.

"What are you doing here sleeping?" Koh asked in a normal voice. He didn't want to talk too much for Brown to notice anything.

"Get in the car first, " Brown said. Koh turned to look at his house slightly before agreeing to sit in the car next to the driver.

"I called you, why didn't you answer? Were you busy? " Brown asked in the same normal tone as usual.

"Oh... Uh... Did you call? I muted my phone. But I was really busy," Koh replied, lying about putting his phone in silent mode. He actually knew Brown had called him but he just didn't want to answer the call.

“And when I called you, why didn't you tell me that you're going to help at your brother's shop, " Brown asked further, Koh was a little embarrassed.

“Forgot about it, Phi, but why are you waiting in the car?” Koh asked to change the subject.

“I didn't want to wait in the house. Cause I don't want to make Father feel uncomfortable," Brown said directly. Koh was still a little.

“Oh... um, have you been waiting for long?” Koh asked. He wanted to know when Brown left that house.

“Since around five o'clock, I'm here. I helped with work in the shop until the shop closed. Then came to sit and wait for you in the car," Brown said.

"How about Dad? He let you help out in the shop?" Koh asked curiously.

“He didn't say anything. But after finishing everything, it seemed like he wanted me to go home quickly,” Brown said straightforwardly. Koh immediately became silent. Brown then raised his hand to lightly stroke the back of his lover's neck as a consolation gesture.

“Don't think too much. But Father allowed me to wait for you. I told him that I wanted to meet you first. He didn't prohibit anything. Then I came to wait in the car so that he wouldn't be awkward," Brown let Koh know for his peace of mind. Koh nodded slowly then looked at his lovers's face. He wanted to ask about today's story. But his other heart forbade him because he wanted to know if Brown will tell him by himself or not.
