It's been a month, not a single thing that has been happening in my life I could ever get over; clear as the sky and still reminisce by his presence. His undeniable crimson hair, pointed nose that make you giggle whenever he lean forward...everything about him was a always a peace and harmony.
"If that was just a myth, why are you here? Khnum looks like Haze, Irene looks like Isis, and now you look exactly like him." Irene, Haze, and Horus was with me. I called them over for a cafe but I knew things would not turn out like this, I wanted answer. I wanted the truth.
He told me his name wasn't even Horus, he lied and said that it was only a joke of his. I didn't believe him that, after all he have done to help me regain my memory back and brought me to that book.
The miracle book was gone when I went to checked in the library, father also cannot remember that he had that kind of book. It made me wonder why everyone was like that, until Irene told me the truth but Haze and Horus still denied it.
"Well sometimes people look alike-" Haze cutted him off as he was about to lie again.
"Just a core memory of ours, Hana. It wasn't true. None of it were real, just a mere mythical book." He said, looking deeply to my eyes. He knew that I could not take this guy for real, well, am I in wrong? Was I only hallucinating every thing? No, I knew for a fact that the book were real, it was there when I touch it from the beginning, it leads to me-they lead it to me.
"B-but it felt real to me, i-it felt like the past..." I said containing my emotions in good state. They remained silence, Horus was at ease-he only opened his mouth but eventually said nothing. Haze, sighed afterwards.
"Then would you believe that book was actually a mere diary of someone?" Horus spouted, nonchalantly.
"W-what do you mean?"
"You wrote it using your magic, without knowing why you had to." He continued. Strangely, enough I began to listen. "In the past, you made a book in which forever be a treasure; you knew the consequence that'll lead to where you are now."
"B-but I didn't wrote anything-"
"Your mind did; everything you saw did without you knowing." He smiled. "But I'm glad that you did it, you finally change the untold story...the real story of Ennead."
"T-then when you said that my mission was t-to stop him having the title of an evil god, what happened to him now?"
SETH
"Osiris, he's in the underworld. I could help you, Seth."
"You already got me to come in the sun boat, there is no need for revenge" I know this isn't what Hana wanted, she wanted peace not justice. She was that kind of woman that I admire, even only meeting her for only a period of time.
"I despised him and so do you. Nephythys must have trigger your mind stopping you to take revenge. You knew what he have done to you, Maat may be the god of justice but I still am above every single worthless god." She jeered. "Believe me, my child. I can do everything with a snap of this little finger of mine." I knew what she was capable of, even for a god like me doesn't stand a chance against her.
She's demented why Osiris defeated her while a god such my self casually killed him without even doing anything. It was his mistake for believing my lies, but I am not like him-he's horrible, a monster that could eat you alive.
The thought of killing Isis was not a choice of mine, those people weren't innocent; the only thing why I got rid of them was only because they have done beyond unimaginable things in a worst way possible.
Rumours spread that I murdered them as they resemble Isis, but I could never do that to my sister and I was not in my mind that night, Osiris was too powerful to meet his.
Realization hit me when all these were only a fiction, a mere fiction that looks real. I knew everything already that I was the villain of the story, yet, she came into my life and diverted that from happening even if the chances were futile.
"This has nothing to do with my wife. Tsk. Besides my job here is to only help you defeat Apophis, I made huge mistake in the past and I won't betrayed my wife into being a crap back to zero."
"You mean ex-wife. She's never coming back, you are in the world of fiction while she's in the real world unless a miracle grant you to reach her..." She stopped and smiled. "Nevertheless, if you won't do it then I'll do the honor of punishing Osiris, he deserve a lot of praise in the underworld." Not a second, she vanished.
Osiris became weak and all his powers were gone, Maat had nothing to do with it but I knew Amun Ra was the one who made that happen. He's the slave of Ra now.
On the contrast, my son, Anubis, was finally grown, and he became the king of the underworld replacing Osiris from his position. Although, there may be times when Anubis come and visit but he either stayed silent or helped me battle the monstrous lurking through night.
My mind still perceive the thought about in a place where I could reach her. Her innocent smile, beautiful laugh, and reddish cheeks whenever I teased her. If heavens and earth would ever allow me, I begged to only see her one last time.
"Why would you wait for someone who will never come?" He questioned.
"Khumn. This is not a place for a visit." I said.
"You don't intend to answer my question?" He asked smiling.
"Because even if I decide not to, my heart will still do it." I replied glancing at the sky. "That is my answer to your question."
"Do you still want to see her?" He asked.
What a stupid question.
Everyday.
"You know, Seth, you've done your part. And I guess, I'll do mine. This is what happen when you touch the miracle book by accident, you get here, and lost your memory." Confused by what he stated.
"What exactly are you trying to perceive?"
"I'm kidding" he smirked. "You got stuck in this filthy mess because of your doing, you made history upon giving yourself a title, an evil god." He spoke as he glance at the sky. "Hana change that, and now Maat never gave you the title of evil god, so, in a world where you think that is fiction...well, everything was actually in a real scenarios in the past."
"Resurrection and memory will come to you once you meet again in the future. Love yourself now before others, Seth." I gave him a middle finger even though I didn't know the meaning behind those, but all I know is that whenever Hana see Khnum, she often raised her middle finger when she's pissed.
Maybe the thoughts of being a girl inside a book was only mere miracle, she was not inside a book-she was directed in the past, but the past will bring us back together in the future.
She's a worthwhile waiting, more mystic and enchanted that could make my eyes parted towards her direction; seeing how she make's me feel like I'm floating in the clouds, every time I imagine her looking like an utopian dream. To be in a place where we both exist, I'll love til the ocean and flame combined, wind and air visible in the nakes eyes, and the universe stop on it's own.
Until then, wait for me, my love.
