Epilogue

The colossal statue was falling apart while the place was breaking into pieces. His sand was too powerful that he himself ended up getting suck by it too.

Osiris was being devoured. Even the prouts were in no control and as much as he wanted to fight his urge to free himself, he saw Seth having hard time to escape aswell.

The door of otherside opened as Seth and Osiris saw the jackal man. The god of death stood infront of the two ready to put an end. Suddenly, the near distance of Seth's glow. It was Ennead the powerful book and trapped them to the past. He was instantly swallowing by the book freeing him from past lives.

"No!" Osiris shouted. He was about to grabbed and pulled Seth but the book instantly sealed and vanished into thin air. The jackal man stood still and glance at his biological father.

"Father. It is time for you to go to duat." He spoke with such authority. Osiris clenching his jaw while looking at Anubis with despair and rage.

He lost Seth once again.

Irene and Haze rushed their ways through the main entrance and saw Hourans with a devastated smile on his face.

She couldn't alter a word just by seeing his expression. Hourans sat near the fence and rest his shoulder. Haze then utter a word.

"H-Hana?" The only word that Haze could say. Hourans knew what it meant and he shrugged making made Irene felt the irritation.

"Tell me!" She shouted.

"You don't have to worry about her. She's in the operating room by now. We'll just have to wait for the update." He said making her feel even more uneasy.

Haze held Irene's arm allowing her to glance at him with such worried. "Hourans is right. Let's all calm down first, alright?." He said as he embrace her with a hug.

"You two must be tired. You should go and I'll give-"

Before Hourans could finish, Irene replied, coldly.

"No. I'll stay. If you're tired then go."

"Irene. Please don't be stubborn. Haze, take her home. I'll update you when it's done." Irene grabbed his collar as she slap him on his cheeks.

Hourans look down giving blank expression. Haze was too stunned to witness such acts yet he knew Irene and Hourans wasn't in their right mind.

"Stop." He said. "We're all tired so if you want to go home fucking leave. I'll stay here while you two need to calm your head." He said as he left Irene and Hourans in the place.

Hourans glance at Irene as she couldn't even look at him. She had too much in mind and she ended up giving her frustration out of him.

He held her wrist as he put her palm on the side of his cheek. Hourans close his eyes while Irene calm herself down.

"I-I'm sorry." She spoke.

"In the past lives, I have held your hand as soft as blooming flower. You are delicate and precious to me. Never once you raise a hand at me" He said as he slowly open his blue ocean eyes. "But I guess, people tend to lose control when their frustrated about something. I will always love you, my mother, my friend."

Hourans held her waist and pulled her closer to him making Irene teared into pieces. She couldn't held back the tears no longer. She was frustrated in everything yet here is Hourans still the same kind person. He was purest of them all.

Hourans glance at the counterfeit doctor as he saw him running through the main exit. He was rushing himself enough to not get in trouble yet Hourans just chuckled.
