Hachiman is in a rush, jogging toward the front gate. He doesn't want to waste too much stamina, just in case.
"What is it?" He asks as he arrives. Five armed guards have taken spots in front of the gate.
"He's back," Hodr tells him. "I don't know what he wants, but we should talk to him. He doesn't look like he wants to fuck around."
Hachiman nods. "Open the gate." He tells someone. "Then clear out." He doesn't want anyone else to be around for this.
"I'll stay with you," Hodr says.
"I might need you." Hachiman agrees to let him.
The gate opens, and the guards leave. Ares is on the other side, covered in blood.
"Ares," Hachiman nods to him. "Why are you here?"
"You still need a place to live?"
"Yeah."
"Pack your shit." Ares throws a map to Hachiman. It lands a few feet short. "You'll head where I circled."
"Hodr grabs the map and hands it to Hachiman. He opens it and looks at it. "What is this?"
"My community."
"You're really going to let us live there?" Hachiman is skeptical.
"If you help me, you can live there. But I don't trust you. If you try anything, this is over, and I'll make an example of you."
"Help you with what, exactly?"
"You think you can still destroy a community?"
Hachiman shifts his weight uncomfortably. "Are you serious?"
"They took my daughters and Brooklyn."
"Brooklyn?" Hachiman asks.
"Athena."
"So those kids were yours?" Hodr asks. He saw them in the distance when Ares last came.
"Marina and Diana."
Hachiman looks to Hodr. Hodr slightly nods. "We'll help you," Hachiman says.
"Good." Ares turns away. "We can work the details out later. I'll see you in a few days."
