" I apologize for my mate and ni'awtu they have flown a long way and are exhausted"  came Jakes voice disrupting the little stare off ni'awtu and ronal were having " do not apologize for me" neytiri said looking at Jake like he was crazy and honestly I had to agree " yes I agree with neytiri I don't need to be apologized for" I spoke up taking my mask off and going to put it in a sack at the back of nyx " Toruk makto is a Great War leader all Na'vi people know his story but we Metkayina are not at war" was all Tonowari said this wasn't good this it couldn't happen we had travelled so far and as i watched tuk run over to Jake my little bit of hope started to die I stood next to neteyam thought my face was blank and all was still my eyes showed that I was losing hope they wouldn't help us they wouldn't want the war to reach their home and I could understand that but this war they feared so much wouldn't stay in the forest i mean what we did was only slowing them down we were keeping them at bay making them stay in a area keeping them as best we could from the rest of pandora so I did something I hadn't done since I was a child I held neteyams hand and squeezed and he squeezed back too " We cannot let you bring your war here" was the last thing tonowari said l could already feel that he was starting to think more about his clan's safety more whatever Jake said would determine if we stayed or not " I'm done with war, okay I just- I want to keep my family safe" was all Jake said he was pleading at this point he just wanted to keep us safe tonowari and ronal looked at each other obviously having a silently conversation but what stopped the little staring conversation was neytiri " Uturu has been asked"  she spoke her voice hoarse  no neytiri was strong yes if they had said no it would have been a loss but she would have stood tall and strong and accepted it without missing a stride but she was asking not demanding a safe place to stay tonowari turned away and ronal looked stunned and they gave each other looks oh yeah yeah why don't you two just go ahead and have a little picnic while you're at it's not like we need a place to stay and as if my sarcasm worked they stopped staring at each other " Toruk Makto and his family will stay with us treat them as our brothers and sisters now they do not know the sea so they will be like babies taking their first breath teach them our ways so they do not suffer the shame of being useless " was Tonowari's finally decision now I had a few problems with the choice words he used but hey the man was giving us a roof and food who was I to complain if I was looked at as a baby " Okay, what do we say?" Jake said looking back to all of us tuk,Jake, and neteyam ever the good boy all said thank you with enthusiasm while the rest of us well it wasn't very enthusiastic I walked back to nyx letting go of neteyams hand and proceeded to take out a large bag along with my mask attaching it to my right hip the bag had been filled with small gifts and fruit and plants from the dark forest my parents wanted to thank whoever actually gave us a chance so we combined together to make this gift bag thankfully they baby stuff inside actually proved of use since my grandma said the ones who would invite us in would be expecting fish which meant someone we met would be expecting a baby so grabbing the large bag which was heavy but I stuck it out I brought it to ronal and tonowari and bent on one knee " the dracarys clan thanks you for your help in our time of need my mother and father helped me to prepare this for the leaders and wanted you to know if ever you need help we'd be more than happy to aid you" I told them tonowari simply gave me a smile and a nod and ronal looked a bit taken aback I'm sure she was wondering where the fiery hot headed girl she had spoken to before had gone " I see thank you for these gifts we wish to talk with you in private could you bring them to our marui our son Aonung will help and take you there" ronal said but thank god my head was facing down because I had the worst grimace possible when she said sea cucumber was helping me and taking me to their home which was just splendid a whole trek trying not to strangle their son great but before we left tonowari had even more amazing news " yes and Aonung along with our daughter tsireya will show you five what to do"  he announced which was just fucking peachy don't get me wrong Tsireya was so far just like her father inviting happy we were here and above all not making a big deal of the differences we had but little miss crabby was in no way acting the same case and point the conversation that was happening now
