Ni'awtu POV

It's was early morning when Aonung and Tsireya along with Rotox in tow came to our marui for our lessons they told us that we'd be going swimming first to see what we needed to work on as all three Metkayina dove into the water without so much as a splash Neteyam and Lo'ak soon jumping in together while kiri went to jump in to I held tuks hand as we walked to the end of the ledge I Lowered myself in enjoying the coolness the water bright reliving my skin of the ever beating suns I turned around and beckoned tuk to come as I supported her in the water

" come tuk I'll help you in just jump into my arms" I said reaching out to her slowly she lowered herself down the edge and did a small jump into my awaiting arms with that we began swimming catching up to everyone as the rest of the sully siblings marveled at the fish and plant life around them a little farther away I saw kiri swimming without a problem since she was a little farther away I kept my eye on her in case she got even further out me and tuk swam a little closer to the surface but when tuk get even more interested in the animals and swam lower I followed right behind I took a look at kiri before following along and it seemed she had already made a friend so i left her to follow tuk I admit the the sea life and plants were Absolutely breathtaking if I'm being honest I could stay here floating around meditating if I could as I continued to swim I ended up passing by neteyams and lo'ak with ease both seemed surprised I wasn't having as much difficulty as them or maybe even more but as I swam next to tsireya who seemed very happy that I could keep up with them Aonung and rotox began talking to each other with their hands but I couldn't understand a single thing I soon noticed that tuk and the boys had re surfaced for air so I began to swim back to them but half way there lo'ak and neteyam had put their heads back in the water to see what was happening below I turned to tsireya to see if she would come along but she only did more hand puppet's which we gave a confused face in response she then just waved for us to follow but I couldn't just leave them so I waited to see if they could go any further they all took a breath and began to follow but I slowed so that I was near tuk in case there was a problem as soon as we continued the siblings could go no deeper or hold their breath any longer so they all swam back up for air before re surfacing with them I pointed to tsireya and then pointed up to signal that we should all go she gave a nod back and I turned to be right next to tuk who was having a hard time staying afloat
" are you alright" was the first thing tsireya asked surfacing the water as tuk rubbed her eyes " you're to fast wait for us" tuk replied I shook my head in agreement " yes it is hard to keep up I'm getting tired putting most of my power in my tail" tsireya looked to us with calm eyes telling us to breathe in the calming manner " you are not good divers, maybe good at swinging through trees but-" Aonung began to tease before his sister gave him a good slap upside his head lo'ak began speaking in protest when neteyam spoke up " we don't speak this finger talk." He said as I continued " yes we do not know what you are saying" when tsireya heard that she said that she would teach us later when rotxo interrupted asking where kiri was "who" was Aonung reasons as if he could not remember her " it is fine I saw her swimming around with some fish and plants she's just a little ways back" I answered everyone calmed after and shortly tsireya decided that us swimming around more would get us used to using so much energy so the rest continued to swim around while I began to float neteyam had taken tuk with him saying I should enjoy the water a little more so I took him up on the offer I had the same nightmare again last night after dinner so I was glad to take this chance to relax soon enough I heard the way next to me disrupted and when I cracked my eyes to see who had disrupted my peace I saw the fish prince himself Aonung " what is that you want fishy" I said not moving from my floating position but what greeted me in response was my body sinking into the water from my tail and me thrashing around to re gaining balance along with the irritating sound of Aonung's laughter " you penis face how dare you" I said regaining my calm in the water and Aonung was at the end of his little fit " I do not understand what is this penis face is it some type of forest Na'vi language that those freaks use" he said a bit confused but still obviously willing to make fun of my friends " no it is a insult used for those in the lowest respect possible now tell me what is it that you need obviously it was not to make fun of my family yes" I said want to get this conversation over as soon as possible " I do not understand why say they are your family you are from the dracarys clan are you not" he questioned staring at me curiously " I am but the sully's are family friends and I have grown up beside them as they have grown up beside me to me they are family" I explained look out to where all four now assembled siblings were playing and splashing in the water " but they have demon blood and their father has started a war he can not even finish not to mention eywa has turned her back on them" he said pulling my arm so that I would look at him as we looked at each other in silence I felt my tail hit something as I swished around in the water I only knew what I hit when I heard a groan come from Aonung " sorry I'm getting a hang of swimming this long so the swings of my tail get sloppier if I nicked you I'd be willing to help" I said backing up so that my tail wouldn't hit him again instead of being a nice good little fishy he just rolled his eyes " come on now that our lessons are over I'll take you to the hunting grounds" he said turning to swim to the edge of the reef before he could get any further i asked if It was okay that we go that far to which he replied that we would be going to the cascades at the end the reef as we swam to the cascades i would get distracted by the fish that swam around me on our journey sometimes I would in a sense play with them as I followed I wasn't paying attention as I swam backwards following the fish the swim around me some would go through my hair as I had only braided the top and had left the ends loose but the ticklish feel of them swimming so close made me smile a large fish swam between me and Aonung I was contented to wait and play some more but as it swam away and I looked back at Aonung to continue our journey I noticed a wide smile that disappeared as soon as he caught my eyes soon enough we came to the cascades were there was already a few Na'vi hunting for today's communal dinner " what are going to teach me today if you want to know I only know how to hunt fish with a bow I do not know about these spear guns that I am seeing your people use" I said continuing to follow him as we stopped a little farther away from the others " well you will have to learn our spear guns are much faster and better suited for the type of hunting we do in the water" he said he handed me one that I had not realized he'd brought with him I took it it was roughly similar to the guns Jake had taught me to use in the forest Aonung clicked his tongue and walked towards me " you are holding it wrong and you're stance is bad if you had shot the spear you would have fallen backwards" he said removing my left hand from the base close to the trigger and moving it to hold front he then told me to relax my shoulders and used his foot to spread my legs apart a bit more from behind he grabbed my arms and steadied them following a swarm of fish in the pool " breath slowly take your time to single out at least one of them watch its movements when you feel the timing is right take the shot" he said lowly into my ear admittedly him speaking this way as he teaches me to use this spear gun was causing goosebumps and butterflies to rise in my stomach but I stayed focused I didn't need or want distractions I took a deep breath and let it out slowly as I watched the cluster of fish swim around soon enough my mind began to slow things down and then I began to follow the movements of a fish it was a darker blue than the others though the scales still shone reflecting the brightness of the suns as I took another breath I pulled the trigger of the spear gun as I exhaled and not a second later the fish lay in the water with the spear sticking out of its middle while the others swam away from the disturbance " wow for a cursed Na'vi I'm surprised you can actually hunt properly" came Aonung's ever teasing voice as he went to pick up the fish from the end of the spear that stuck out of the water " here once we do this a few more times I'll teach you how to hunting while diving" he said trying to hand me the still wiggling fish that gasped for water on the spear " yea that sounds great but I feel it's best you teach me how to deal with it after I catch it" I still couldn't get used to the fact that my dinner would be looking at me through the entire process of me hunting and eating admittedly I did hunt in my clan and the animals would look at me as I hunted them but after cleaning and skinning the food the head would still be left for our drakonly Aonung looked at me and then back to the fish he was still holding then he looked back at me again and smirked " are you still afraid from last night surely you're people have the heads on after they catch it" he chided putting the fish closer to me and shaking its face in my face I grimaced at it " if you must know yes we do but we still take it off before we eat it clearly from last night I can tell you do not do the same" I spoke grabbing the spear end and holding the fish out and away from me " no we don't it is a waste and it would not do much it is a fish most of it's meat is on the head come you can put it with the rest eclipse is approaching"
