Neteyam was smiling while playing with his younger siblings watching them all have fun, "neteyam, come here boy!" Jake yelled from there hut, neteyam told them he would be right back as he ran off to his father. "Yes sir?" "Look" he showed him a visor, neteyam smiles as he took it politely, "t-thank you" he hesitated, "it used to be mine but... big old head can't fit anymore" he chuckled. Neteyam smiles and tries to put it on but it was way to big for his head, Jake chuckled and took it off him, "gotta wait some time neteyam, now get out of here!" He laughs tickling him making neteyam laugh and run out of the hut.

>Couple months later<

"There he is" Jake said as he pushed neteyams arm up a little higher, neteyam let go and shot the fish and sighed of relief, "there you go, go get it" he smiled as neteyam jumped in the water and held the bow with the fish ontop, "woah that's a big one" Jake said as he kneeled down next to Neteyam, "right by the rocks" neteyam said taking the fish off the bow "like you said" he said looking up at his at his dad, while Jake was smiling and got up and held the back of his sons back as they started to walk.

>Meanwhile with the Metkayina<

"AO'NUNG PUT THAT DOWN!" Tonowari said chasing ao'nung as he held a spear with a dead squid on it, he was running around while he had dead squid blood on his face belly arm and hands, Tsireya was watching the scene unfazed as this wasn't the first time, "AO'NUNG I SAID!-" ao'nung had ran inside and hugged his mother with the spear in his hands, "Tonowari what did I say about letting him hold spears!" Ronal said as she took it, and picked up her son, Tonowari stranded there with his mouth wide open as ao'nung stuck his tongue out at his dad, "oh come on" he groaned and ran outside the hut, Tsireya laughed a little as she continued to pick up shells for her and mama. "Come on son let's get you cleaned up" she said walking him to the clean up Area.

Tonowari looked down at his daughter, "and where were you?" He laughs sitting down on his knees next to her giving her a hug, "I watched it all" she laughed jumping on her dad hugging him tightly, "oh yeah and you didn't help me?" He asked tickling her hard as she laughed and started to run, Tonowari chased her around giggling.

>Back with Omatikaya<

"So what do you want to be when you grow up kids?" Neytiri asked then as they were all eating rice and chicken, while Tuk was down for a nap, kiri started talking about how she wanted to join the scientist, lo'ak was saying all types of things, "I'm gonna be a Ik- NO I wanna be like da- WAIT I WANNA BE!" he would cut himself off to think of new things, Neytiri laughed as she watched her kids talk about this, neteyam had his ears down as he continued eating and using his imagination, Jake nudged neteyam, "what do you wanna be when you grow up?" Neteyam put his spoon down and thought for a moment before looking up at his dad, "..k-kind" he smiled a little before going back to his food, Jake smiled and rubbed his sons shoulder, Neytiri grabbed the camera and took a photo of them smiling, lo'aks face was everywhere on that photo. He was so hyper all the time, but they had patience for him. "Kind?" Lo'ak laughed at him, neteyam looked down embarrassed and got up walking away to his bedroom.

"Son" Jake said looking at lo'ak, "there is nothing wrong with being kind" he looked at him serious and lo'ak nodded looking away, "ma'Jake he is right... he is the next clan leader he can't worry about being kind" she looks a him with a soft face, Jake looks down and nods. "I know"

>With Metkayina<

"I'm gonna be the best clan leader they have ever seen" aonung smiles as his face was messy from eating his fish and poi, "not better than me of course" Tonowari laughed rubbing his sons hair, "yes huh watch and see!" He says as Tsireya hands aonung a napkin, "your face is messy brother" she says struggling to wipe the food off his face, "well being a leader isn't that easy son, it takes hard work" Ronal laughs picking up the dishes as Tsireya helps her, "your mothers right" "I'm always right" she laughs giving Tonowari a kiss on the cheek, "come bed time kids" Tonowari said leading them to there room, they have there own rooms but Tsireya gets scared so they share for now, "mama I wanna sleep with youuuu" aonung whines hugging his mom, "pleaseee" Tsireya said hugging her mom as well, "oh alright" she laughs and picks up Tsireya and holds aonungs hand, they walk in and Tsireya jumped on her dad, "what the-" "good night" they all said as they settled in, Tonowari was so confused but didn't bother asking.

First chapter was fun to write if I'm honest😦
