Steps began to echo through the hall, and three boys' shadows appeared on the American maple wood tiles on the floor; Fred sat down on the sofa instantly as if he had a stressful day at work. Robert was quite surprised, he expected his friend's house to be more modern, however, the interior of the house was rather comfortable and warm which made him feel at home. He sat beside Fred and rested his head on Fred's shoulder. "You guys can turn on the T.V. I'll prepare something." Miguel smiled at them brightly before heading to his room.
Alleya waved goodbye to Blanche as she stood near the bus stop. Just a few hours ago, the sun was bright and they were both in her apartment, now, they're saying goodbye. As the bus left the area, the sky turned into a shade of peach and orange as the sun started to set. Alleya lets out a soft sigh before turning back to her apartment, as her gaze travels to her apartment, her heart beats faster as a 'friend' of hers started to take gentle steps towards her. "Hey, uhm... I'm here for my gloves?" He muttered softly, it was clear that he was as nervous as her. A long silence fell on them like a bucket of ice until Alleya quietly spoke, "Right, sorry. They're in my apartment..." She began to walk towards her apartment as her palms began to sweat. She glanced at him; he was following behind her which made her blush even more.
Opening the door, she was about to invite him in when Hazel's voice rang in her head. "Never invite a boy inside your apartment, especially if you don't know him well." She wanted to invite him in, but she remembered that he was probably in a hurry. She turns to face him, "Are you in a hurry?" He gazed at her, his eyes slightly wide then they turn back to normal, "No?" "Alright... please come in..." Alleya knew it may seem strange if she invited him in while her girlfriends were there, but he was a high school classmate of hers, even before she transferred. Her invitation sent a chill down his spine, making him smile and he soon entered. Inviting him in, meaning she trusted him, and it made his heart scream.
He rested on the grey comfy sofa where three white cushions were placed, a wooden coffee table in front, and a candle on the surface of the table. The atmosphere calming as what he had expected from her. "Would you like a drink?" She asked as she closed the door behind her before heading towards the kitchen. "Ah, yes. I would love that, thank you." "What drink would you like?" Hearing this, he stood up and strode in the direction she went; she was pouring hot water on two cups, each of them having kitty cute faces with different colors. One was red and one was white. Fred walked behind her and leaned in, his head was over her left shoulder. "Would you like some coffee or tea..." Her voice trailed off, her cheeks turning red as her eyes widened, his smile was sweet, it sent a shiver down her spine. He turned to face her. Their faces were only an inch away, his face also flushed. His eyes landed on her soft rosy lips, he could kiss her now if she'd let him. The desire of having her in his arms was growing as his eyes met hers in a smooth swift movement. He was behind her, he would wrap his arms around her and press his lips against hers for eternity and he would never let go, he was sure. Whether she liked it or not, he wanted her in his arms, he didn't like her, he loves her. Not wanting to be apart from her was already a large sign, he was lovesick and he was slowly getting attached to her as days passed. He slowly leaned in but disappointment washed over him as she backs away. A long silence came once again, "Coffee... Coffee might help." He smiled softly. He couldn't understand why but he seemed to can't help but smile when he was with her, especially when they were alone together. She nodded at his words, she made coffee for both of them, handing him the white kitty face cup, his hand held hers as he took the cup also, the feeling of his warm fingers brushing against hers as he took hold of the cup was making her blush madly, she wanted to scream. Things like this only happen in movies and yet she was experiencing this. "Careful, it's a bit hot..." She warned as she lowered her head, hiding her red face. Fred could notice this and he chuckled, finding it quite adorable. "Alright, thank you for that warning." She nodded in response, and then placed her cup on the counter, and walks to her room. "I'll go get your gloves and card."
He was looking outside the window. The sunset was beautiful and she was certainly lucky to have this kind of view. Alleya came back with a black box and a black card. Placing the items on the coffee table, she then goes back to get her coffee. "Nice view you got here." He said as he raised his voice a little so she could hear him in the kitchen. She walks near him. "Yeah, it's quite enjoyable." Then, she opens her balcony door, inviting him. He sat beside her on a comfy sofa. A blanket covered her legs as she rested her back on the sofa; the sunset was beautiful to gaze at.
He looked at her, his eyes filled with affection and warmth; he wanted to embrace her that was all. Placing his cup of coffee on the floor, he wondered if she would agree. He hadn't felt a feeling this strong before when he was still a teenager, or maybe he's still a teenager? He's not sure, he's close to being an adult and he's sure that she is also. His lips parted as he was about to say something but to his surprise, she was already facing him. Then she looked away, he blushed and smiled.
"Alleya..." His husky voice made her look at him slowly, his lips were formed into a sweet, sincere smile which made her feel warm and fuzzy inside. "Yes...?" She replied. "Can I..." His voice trailed off and his gaze trailed somewhere else. Her lips. He knew it would be a bold act and he can't risk having a bruised eye since their prom is near. She blushed further as she realized where he was staring. She nodded that even her action made her feel surprised. Fred gulped, he smiled softly and looked into her eyes, it was silent but this time, it was different. He slowly leaned in, brushing his lips on hers softly and gently, he pulls her in and tilts his head for a better angle. It had only been a few days and yet the feelings that he had felt for her back when he was still a teen boy were already returning and this time, it was stronger than before. His other hand caressed her cheek as she placed her cup on the floor before wrapping her arms around his neck. The kiss deepens as the sky turned dark.
He pulls away for a breath and kisses her once again but his kiss was passionate. From all the lips he had kissed, this was the sweetest he had. The kiss was long and deep as he savored the taste and moment as if this was the last kiss he'll ever have from her as if the world was ending. Finally, his arms wrapped around her body as he pulls away, resting his head on her shoulder, he embraced her tightly not wanting to let go. He didn't care if her brother was to know that his friend stole his younger sister's first kiss. But Fred certainly wanted to make sure, the lips he will only want from now on were hers and hers only, and he didn't want to share this sweetness with anyone else. Her lips belong him, no, she belongs to him. And he wanted to make sure of that, but as desperate as he is, he doesn't want his love to feel forced by his actions. He needed her answer and consent.
