They were given a moment to treasure as time seemed to slow down., "Leya, I want you to promise me something." Keeping his head on her shoulder, he whispered. "Yes?" Her response was gentle and his smile reappeared on his face. He raised his head and looked into her eyes, filled with affection before he spoke. "About the contest..." "Oh, that." He nods... "If we win... Will you say 'yes' to my first question after we receive the price?" She was quite surprised but eventually lets out a soft laugh... "Alright..." "Really?" "I mean, yeah." "No matter what kind of question?" "Yes." ... "Ok, thank you."

As they gracefully twirled on the dance floor, a serene calmness descended upon them. The tranquil silence was not overwhelming, but rather filled with the melodious strains of a romantic tune, and the enchanting sight of other couples swaying to the rhythm around them. The overall ambiance was delightful, with a palpable sense of joy pervading the twilight hours. Everyone was in perfect harmony, creating an immensely satisfying and enjoyable experience. Spending quality time with a cherished companion has the remarkable ability to make time fleeting, and forging a genuine connection with them is truly gratifying. Even the icy glare of a particular individual failed to dampen the gentle sweetness of this moment.

Another day ended and another started, it's like a loop but various events happen, feelings decrease and increase (same with our happiness), the weather changes and so do we.

As he walked down the quiet hallway towards the Music Club, his footsteps echoed loudly. He couldn't help but wonder which song they would be performing in the upcoming contest. He felt an unusual burst of energy that day. "Someone's early." A young man, who was short in stature, followed him from behind. "Didn't see you there." Robert's smile almost turned into a frown, but he ultimately shrugged it off. "Have you asked her out yet?" "Nope, not yet." "Probably cause you didn't confess." Opening the door for Fred, Fred goes in and placed his bag on the table, the same for Robert. "Well, I'm not sure how." "Not sure how to express your feelings?" "How am I supposed to do it? 'I like you'?" Robert sighed, "I'm not the one confessing." The door opened and a taller young man entered, placing his bag on the table, opening it, and taking something from it, he then threw it on Fred. "You left your capo in my house." "Right, thanks." Miguel sat in front of the two males and stared at them, "I heard someone say the word 'confess'."

"..."

"He likes your sister."

"Man, come on. You didn't have to be so specific."

Bernard suddenly opened the door with Alexander behind him. "Did someone say c*m?"

"..."

"..."

(The atmosphere was suffused with a continuous and seemingly unending silence that endured for a substantial length of time.)

"Good morning, everyone. Would you like to hear a joke to lighten up the mood and break this unsettling silence?" Alexander offered, "No." The three inside the club answered. "Understandable. How about we get started with picking the songs and then we practice, yes?" He smiled, and the four nodded and followed his instructions.

As they discussed, Alexander made them pick a few songs before getting started with the practice. "The first one seems a little too...." "Naughty?" "No, very naughty. A lot of inappropriate words." "There aren't many inappropriate words here, Bernard." Alexander replied. Bernard leaned back, "Yeah, but..." Fred lets out a hmm before speaking, "It doesn't have much bad words but it is a song about making love but they do use innocent words to create a not-very-innocent scene in the song." Bernard groaned, "This song ruined me, every time I hear those innocent words, I can't even take it anymore." Bernard said after Fred, then Miguel muttered, "Innocent words used for a non-innocent scene..." "Is non-innocent even a word?" Robert asked Miguel, "I don't know, I just made it up." "It's a word," Bernard said. "I would like to correct you, Fred." Alexander said which made Fred look at him, "This song does not only tell one scene, the whole song is about making love in many ways, it even teaches you about different positions and-" "I guess that song is out of the list now." Bernard said, clapping his hand. The others agreed. "Based on my analysis, it appears that this specific track has garnered the highest level of popularity." "..."

"..."

"We don't give a f-ck."

"Next."

"It appears that the upcoming era will be characterized by a profound abundance of heartfelt sentiments, charitable actions, and high regard for others." Alexander dramatically said, Bernard immediately responded, "Nope."

"But it is filled with the finest feeling."

"And what is that feeling?"

"Obsession."

"No."

Fred leaned back on his chair, "Let me guess, it's about some person who stalks or kills or kidnaps a certain someone so..."

"He did it in the hopes of winning her affection."

"No. Kidnapping, stalking, and killing someone just to gain a person's love is not attractive." Bernard said, Alexander then answered, "Says who?"

"Says me, don't tell me if you get abducted by a person, you'll find it attractive? Or do their faces matter?"

"Features matter."

"F*ck you, and that song is now one of my most hated ones. Next!"

"A**hole."

"Ayo?"

"Shut up."

"This song is not quite popular but this is filled with tenderness and devotion."

"So it's innocent... right? Please tell me I'm right." Bernard said. Alexander rolled his eyes before speaking, "Yes." "Alright then, add it."

"This one-"

"Oh! I know that one! That one has like... Like uhm- A classical vibe to it but the lyrics are like modern but it's very good." Miguel excitedly smiled and said.

"I know, never cut me off like that."

As they continue to pick out a song, they ended up picking three songs.

"So, based on my calculations, this song is the best." Alexander shows them one of the three. "You don't have to calculate to see which one is the best," Bernard said with pure seriousness. "I do things the Alexander way." "Whatever."

"I think the first song was... more beautiful." Robert picked up the paper with the song's title. "I agree. It doesn't have bad words." Miguel Bernard said, "And it's soft love." Miguel chuckled. "So more likely you three agree with him." "Yes." Alexander sighed, "I have found myself in a challenging predicament where individuals whom I considered to be close companions have betrayed my trust and loyalty. This has left me feeling disheartened and disillusioned, as I had placed an immense amount of faith and confidence in their character."

"Stop being dramatic."

"Dramatic? Dramatic?! DRAMATIC?! DO YOU KNOW HOW PAINFUL IT IS TO BE GIVEN NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT THE SONGS YOU LOVE BY YOUR FRIENDS?!"

"Oh, sh*t, sorry."

"... It's quite alright, please watch your mouth next time or I will cut your tongue and sew your lips together." He smiled sweetly, "Now, where did I put the lyrics of that song."
