Chapter one

Beep,

Beep ,

Beep ,

Beep

"Ugh, shut up" I mumbled in my pillow. I reached my hands out to look for my phone, but ended up falling off
the bed.

"Oh shit my ass hurts." I groaned rubbing my but.

"Honey are you okay?!" My mom said rushing in my room.

"Ya mom I just fell off the bed no problem." I said getting up off the ground. Which I end up falling. Again. I am so clumsy. My mom burst out laughing .

You see my mom is one of those cool moms. She can be caring at times and then it's like I'm the mother around here. She laughs at the simplest thing, I would say she acts like a teen. but I still love her.

I glared at her. "Mom really!" I said getting up without falling . "Ha ha laugh it off. I didn't fall that time." I stated "Oh and mom thanks for saying good morning."

She finally sobered up. "Sorry honey. Good morning. Get ready your going to be late for your first day of school."

"Ugh, you didn't have to remind me. I could've slep in and skipped school. And spent some good old quality time with the best mom in the world. But noooo you won't let me" I joked. Acting like a child.

"Well that is why you have summer." my mom said. "And I am not only the best mom in the world." she straighted her back like if getting ready for a speech" I am the one and only most bestest, greatest, awesomest, beautifulest and more good words that end with est mom in the World!" She did an evil laugh.
Wow she is weird,

"And I am about to leave" she flattened down her pencil skirt and said " Bye darling have a good day at school."
"Adios madre." I tried saying in Spanish.

I got my phone off the ground and checked the time. One hour to go, might as well get in the shower.Getting in the bathroom I put some music on and went in the shower.

What felt like forever,but wasn't it was actually 20minutes to be exact. I got out of the hot shower and put my hair in a towel and got out of the bathroom.
I walked over to my closet and pulled out some black skinny jeans and a white shirt that had flowers on it. (I may be a nerd but I still have a taste in fashion. I would say I'm a fashion nerd.) I put some clean underwear and bra on and then clothes!!

I went down stairs and grabbed some cereal and put bananas in. my secret ingredient. Not so secret now. Basically the whole time I ate my cereal I spaced out which meant I had 15minutes left.

So going back up stairs to my bedroom I got the towel out of my hair and let It dry naturally because I don't blow dry my hair. It makes people have a lot of split ends. I brushed my hair out and put it in a perfect high bun at the top of my head which didn't take long.

Putting my black converse high-tops on I tie them. Then look in the body length mirror. "Errr...? Good enough" and with that I walk out the door and lock it behind me. I walk to my car and start driving towards school well this is going to be long first day.
