"There you go. Can you see me now, Gem?" Craig smiled.
Gemini's happy smile faded. She clutched her head as it pained her.
'₵₳₦ ɏøʉ ₴ɇɇ ₥ɇ ₦ø₩₵₳₦ ɏøʉ ₴ɇɇ ₥ɇ ₦ø₩ ₵₳₦ ɏøʉ ₴ɇɇ ₥ɇ ₦ø₩?'

The words repeated over and over again in her head. She hated the voice that said it. It made her furious even though she had never heard that voice. She hated that her anger turned to mere tears in a second.
"Stop it!" She screamed as she dropped to the floor.

The passerbys were confused at the sight. Craig was worried about what happened.
"Gem, are you alright? Gem!" Craig held her shoulders and stared at her. Gemini was crying and buried her head into Craig's arms.

"Hic, I'm scared..." Gemini cried.
A resident who was walking in the park rushed towards them.
"Is she alright?" The woman asked.
Craig shook his head. "I don't think she is. I'm worried too..."

The woman took out a small flashlight and asked Craig to hold Gemini's face up. She shined the light at her eyes. Gemini's eyes we're slightly foggy which was not normal for a person who was fine few minutes ago.

"You have to take her to the hospital. Something is wrong with her brain. It may or may not be a tumor but still." The woman said. "Are you a doctor?" Craig asked.

He didn't want to simply take advice from someone who helped him. "Yes, I am. I'm on leave today to attend my son's graduation. Please take her to the hospital." The woman replied.

"Thank you then, ma'am." Craig said as he carried Gemini to the nearest hospital...

Craig looked at Gem sleeping on the hospital bed uncomfortably. "Gem, are you alright?" He held her hand, shaking from worry. "Please be alright. You're my friend..." The door opened. Mr and Mrs Pisces, Gemini's parents, walked in. "Mrs Pisces! You are here!"

Craig got up and greeted her. "What did you do to my daughter?" Mrs Pisces shouted at him. "What? W-What do you mean I did something-" "Tell me!" Mrs Pisces screamed at him. "Mrs Pisces, I did nothing. I invited her for a little walk in Odette Park and this happened."

Mrs Pisces seemed mad. "Don't lie to me you son of a-" Mr Pisces stopped her. "Woah, I think that's enough. We'll ask Gemini when she wakes up."

[2 Hours Later]

Gemini woke up. "Ugh, what happened?" She turned her head to the side and saw her parents. Her body immediately started shaking when she saw her mother. "You're awake!" Craig smiled at her. "Why is my mother-Why are my parents here?" She said.

"Gemini, darling! Mrs Pisces hugged her. Gemini struggled to break free from her mother. "Y-yes, I'm awake." Gemini laughed nervously. She then looked at Craig.

Craig noticed it, Gemini's face seemed to beg him to help her. He tried to pull her aside. "Mrs Pisces, I think a hug isn't the best after she just recover-" She smacked his hand.

"Don't touch me boy, I don't want your filthy hands on me or my daughter." Gemini started crying. "Dear! Why are you crying? Are you scared of the boy?" Mrs Pisces stroked Gemini's hair. Gem pushed her away.

"Please don't hug me now. I-I don't feel like hugging anyone." By the look on Mrs Pisces's face, you could tell she was really angry. "Ok, can you tell us what happened?" Mr Pisces asked Gemini. She stopped shaking a little. "Well, You see-Uh, me and Craig went to Odette Park for a little stroll after a stressful week of events. But then, after we played a game, I felt dizzy and fainted." Gem explained.

"Did you eat anything with him?" Mrs Pisces asked. "N-No." Gemini replied. "I see, it must have got something to do with what happened when you were smaller." Mr Pisces concluded. "What happened?" She asked.

Everybody in the room kept silent. "We are quite stupid, aren't we?" Mrs Pisces said. "Very much." Craig agreed. "I respectfully agree." Mr Pisces responded.

_-(Character Brains Reset)-_

"Forget about it, Gem. My and your mother would need to talk about this outside. Come on, dear." Mr Pisces opened the door room and left with his wife. When they left, Craig immediately turned to Gemini. "Gem, why were you so scared when you saw your mother?"

Craig asked. Gemini looked at the little window in the door and sighed relieved. "Well, you see... After my birth mother died from tuberculosis when I was 12. After that, my dad married a new woman who turned out to be the woman who he was cheating on my mom with.

She hated me a lot for taking most of the time he used to spend with her with me. She abused me and cursed at me everyday. When I joined your school because I was bullied there a lot. When I saw you, you felt familiar and you seemed to know me too.

I didn't think it was creepy so you know, everything till today. I was happy when I was given a scholarship to WinterWood College, where you also got a scholarship too surprisingly, I could have my own dorm meaning I could be far away from that woman.

Dad would always ask me who caused the scars on me. I told him it was students at school though most of them were from my mother." Gemini explained.

Craig was silent. "So all the scars you had when you were practicing volleyball were from your...mother? Darling, please tell me whenever this happens." Craig held her hands. "Darling?" Gemini was confused. "Ah-Uhh, yeah. It just felt right to call you that." Craig was extremely flustered that he hid his face.

Gemini looked at him and laughed. "Then I'll call you Dear." Gem kissed Craig's lips and smiled. Craig had two emotions at that moment. He was happy and he was TOO flushed. Then, a memory popped up in Gemini's mind once again. A gentle kiss when they were 8....
