Buong araw ko na hindi kinulit si Jamuel, disappointed of what he did to me. I didn't talk to him or bother him. Usually, I'll start my morning texting or calling him, but today was different.

"You're already going to school? Ang aga mo yata?" Bungad ni mom sa akin habang pababa ako ng hagdan, holding my books and my laptop. She went outside and walked the dogs together with dad, kaya maaga silang nagising.

"I have to do some errands pa sa school mom. And mas maganda pag maaga, I have a lot of time to do my works pa sa library." I  said and took my ate's car keys.

"You're going to drive?" Dad said and I said yes. I kissed their cheeks before I went out na and sumakay na sa honda civic ni ate na iniwan dito sa Pilipinas.

Sinadya kong gumising ng maaga at pumunta sa school so that I won't be able to see Jamuel. Naiinis talaga ako sakanya. He could've thought of our friendship, or kahit yung pinagsamahan nalang namin as classmates if he doesn't want to associate his self to me as his friend.

Although the whole time, I treated him as my bestfeiend, my everything and my lifeline.

"Shala ng mhiema ko, pinayagan ka yatang mag drive ngayon?" Joreen said when she saw me na bumaba ng sasakyan. I jokingly rolled my eyes at her and nag bless sign pa ako sakanya.

"Bless atekorn" I said and we laughed together.

Sabay kami ni Joreen na pumunta ng library since we still have to review for our exam in precal.  Our nightmare. Isa sa mga subjects na talagang sinusumpa namin ay genmath, precal and anything that has math related on it.

Paano nagka value ang X? Gosh. Kaya minsan yung ibang mga X, feeling nila relevant pa sila.

Charot.

Parang tanga." She said at dinukdok ang ulo sa notes niya. I chuckled at her and nanlumo din.

"I guess this is what we live for. To struggle and to find peace in simple things." I said that made her look up.

"Pangit mo maging emotional."

We continued reviewing our notes and browsed some reviewers on an online website. Our precal class is after lunch and during those hours, heaven knows how much we wished na sana maging kama bigla ang upuan namin.

I looked up to see who it was and saw the guy na kinamumuhian ko ngayon. For the first time.

Nag alab ang inist at galit ko sakanya when I saw him. He was just staring at me with his clenched jaw and knotted eyebrows kaya inirapan ko lang.

"Who drove you here?" Unang tanong niya sa akin.

"Jor, may narinig akong nagtatanong sa akin, paki sagot please, busy ako eh." I said that earned a laughter from Joreen.

"Ano ulit yon, Jamuel?"

We ain't besties for no reason. Kung baliw ako, mas baliw si Joreen.

"Who drove you here?" But since I'm a great pretender, I acted like I'm not scared or intimidated.

"She drove herself here. Ginamit sasakyan ng ate niya. Okay na?" Joreen said and shook her head.

"Why didn't you tell me? I was waiting for you for almost an hour outside your house! You could've texted me like you always do." He said, hindi ko siya pinansin. Bahala ka diyan.
