We recently arrived in georgia in hopes of finding micah and cole,elijah offered to show us around some of the smaller parts of georgia,miranda sent me,amy,naomi,and jack to go with him but I was still stuck in my thoughts as we walked,on miranda's deals,cole's identity,and not to mention who was brett working with,for the last two days these questions have been swirling in my mind,naomi and athena were also confused by this-
"Serena?"
I snap out of my thoughts quickly and look up at elijah,along with jack,amy,and naomi who followed him
"Um,yeah?"
"Are you okay?,you seem distracted"
He asked,I was silent for a moment before responding
"Yeah,just,admiring the place"
Elijah nods and we continued walking
"Well,this is usually where I spent some of my time,well besides with riley at the bar,which in good news,I told them about the situation and riley is keeping an eye out"
"Hold on whose riley"
Jack asked
"Wel,riley helped me get comfortable,even helped me with my disguised name"
I'm sorry what....I turn to amy
"That explains a lot,you did always like the name elijah"
I grew confused
"What are you talking about"
"Fake name,my real name is actually ethan,just riley came up with it being close"
I've been deceived again....naomi pats me on the shoulder
"It was about time I told the truth now seeing I have nothing to worry about"
Ethan explained,this is definitely still new,I noticed naomi looking at an abandoned building
"Hey whats that place over there?"
The team turned to naomi's direction
"Oh that was a diner that got shut down,if anyone ever goes there,its just some looters,but its only rarely"
"It looks like theres a light"
Naomi walks over to the building,we followed behind
"Hey ethan or elijah....what do we call you?"
"Well ethan is my real name so maybe just try it out"
"Ok ethan"
"Yes?"
"Why was the diner shut down?"
"huh...I actually don't know,it was never released to the public,but riley took me here once,the food was ok I suppose"
Ethan rambled on,well weird,the reason of the diner shutting down is off,we arrived to the doors of the restaurant and naomi was right,there was a light

We entered the building,it looked slightly clean but it still had the abandoned looks of any place that was left behind
"Pretty quiet here if I can admit"
Jack says as he looked at the old withered wooden chairs and tables
"I swear archer,the place was nicer back then,the walls had more of a nicer blue and white checkered walls,the diner wasn't a lot but it looked nice"
Jack looked towards what looks to be a mini bar,there were still drinks on the shelf,he grabbed a bottle of wine
"Theres a bunch of stuff here,vodka and that"
"Jack put that back,this is stealing!,we're the looters!!"
Naomi exclaims
"Not stealing,just looking"
Jack placed the wine bottle down,I noticed that some liquid was missing
"Thats...weird....?,anyone else notice that someone already drank some of the wine"
I grabbed the bottle and looked through it,ethan,jack,and amy stood by and observed also
"Hey yeah,well,like I said looters maybe-"
"AHHHHH!!"
We heard a scream coming from the kitchen,we rushed over to see naomi horrified at the sight,there was a leg and a arm and a head of a woman with slightly burnt black hair with a few gray streaks,she was cooked in the pot,I looked on the counter and saw a plate that had fingers and a arm with chunks of skin eaten off,this wasn't just an act of murder but cannibalism,I looked at naomi we began to back away and also looking like she was going to through up,along with ethan and jack,amy wasn't exactly phased but was still in shock
"I....I think I need to throw up..."
Naomi responds leaving the room,jack follows,it was just me,amy,and ethan,I walked over to the pot to examine what happened,the body parts were clearly cut up before getting thrown in the pot,and it looks like the killer was already feasting on this,I noticed a newspaper on the ground,it looked like it was pretty old so the rest of the info was clouded,ethan and amy headed over
"Its a newspaper,must've been when the place was still open or recently opened"
Ethan added while looking closer at the paper,I place it down on the counter and pulled out a dusting kit and began to clear off anything covering the paper,it revealed an image of a younger version of what looks like the victim and there was someone else besides her,and the title reveals that this was for the grand opening of this diner,it was formerly called the cobalt steak diner,they were famous for their steaks,my main focus on who that lady was and if she knew anything about the victim
"Well,we could run this through the database,unless ethan,do you remember anything?"
I show him the paper,he examined it and looked back at us
"No,like I said,it was some while ago"
Ethan responded,we noticed naomi head back into the room with jack walking behind her
"You guys ok?"
I asked
"Yeah,jack threw up through,don't him,this....was just messed up"
"Yeah not the first time I saw something like this"
Naomi walked over to us
"Really"
"Yeah,someone was roasted alive and eaten after a plane crash for example"
I don't go too much in on that case,I don't wanna make anyone else throw up,though naomi already looked sick,for probably both things
"I'm not gonna get into it,seeing as you already look sick"
"Yeah thanks....maybe later though"
yeah...maybe,I continued to look around and picked up a card that had a number on it,ethan walked over by me
"Wait a moment Serena,I recognized these numbers,this is Riley's card!!"
We looked up at ethan before he grew quiet
"The bartender you mentioned?"
Jack questioned as he still stood by the door
"yeah,I guess,we'll make a stop there and see if they know who this was"
Ethan looked at the rest of us
"Do I look ok?"

"What do you mean by that?"
Jack looked at him,raising an eyebrow
"Yeah....is there a reason why you want to look ok?"
Naomi questioned
"No,I just don't wanna look a bit messy or an old man that much"
I stood quiet,as I was confused
"I'm gonna ask this now"
Amy sighs
"Dad, are you seeing riley?"
Amy asked,ethan's eyes widen
"What!,what gave you that idea!?"
He questioned
"Well,you did ask if you look okay?"
"Theres nothing going on with me and riley,riley is just a good friend of mine that helped me around here...after I kinda left white peaks....leaving my wife...."
He paused before continuing in regret
"And....abandoned my kids..."
Ethan finished his sentence,I could see that he was still ashamed by it,he shakes the feeling off
"Anyways,lets get the body to the morgue and drop the newspaper off and we'll talk to riley"
