IN THE AGENCY/ATHENA'S POV

I looked through the books on my bookshelf trying to just look around,I still felt pretty tired after the trip here,its hard to believe miranda already has most of this set up already to our liking
"Athena?"
I heard a voice coming through my door,I recognized it to be oliver
"Ah oliver,did zuri find the rest of the medical supplies for nick and sonya"
"sorry,I was helping riley"
I sighed
"I'll ask her later,its fine"
I replied,going back to the bookshelf,oliver raised an eyebrow and walked over towards me
"You ok?,you seem a bit down"
"I'm fine,its just been a few days since amy got put on leave"
I sat down at my desk
"Its feels kinda lonely without her"
I replied,feeling a little sad by it,everything that happened that night completely backfired and now we're stuck with some more than what we're dealing with,without barely any info with what's going on
"Yeah...it feels weird without amy or marina"
We went quiet for a moment
"You know,ethan's planning on going to pacific bay to check in and visit,maybe you can ask to go with"
I chuckled a bit
"It would be nice but like I said,if I bumped into my brother,it would ruin the promise I have for waiting for the right time or..."
I paused for a moment and look over at oliver
"Do you think Miranda is a little suspicious?"
"What do you mean?"
"I'm just curious,she just...always seems calm"
I added,oliver nods
"True some of her methods are weird but..."
He paused for a moment
"She has our best interests I think"
"Yeah but can we trust that lennox?"
I questioned,I noticed him go quiet
"look...I'm sorry oliver,I didn't mean to sound rude with you,I'm just concerned,for everyone here"
I spoke quietly as I got up from my desk and walked over by him
"But you and me gotta admit something could be wrong"
He nods
"Lets go meet with the others..."
"Of course"

IN THE BREAK ROOM

"athena,I thought you were never coming out!"
Judith smiled,if we're right about miranda,it hurts to see all these people tricked by whatever method she has with the deals
"yes,I just had to take a look at some small things"
I replied
"Nick and sonya are working and organizing the medical supplies so sounds right"
Maggie adds as she took a sip from her cup
"So it would make sense everyone is still getting everything set up from the plane"
She continued,I moved away grabbing a cup
"Tea?"
Elizabeth asked,I nod as she walked over and grabbed my cup
"Hey!-"
"Don't worry,why don't I make it"
I just looked at her
"Alright..."
"Crane"
I turned over to see miranda by the entrance
"Captain dian,what seems to be the problem?"
I asked
"I just got a call about a murder down at the museum,and since serena and zuri are resting after the events at the theater,I need you and oliver down there with naomi and jack"
us?,I don't see why exactly
"Why would you need us down there when jack and naomi are there?"
"I need extra help down there"
"Well...whatever you say chief"

CH 1-EXAMINE MUSEUM

We arrive in the museum and spot both naomi and jack investigating what looks like an iron maiden,me and oliver walked over
"Jack,naomi,whats going on?"
I asked,jack turned to us
"Well,we don't got much so far,we just got the name on the victim,clementine beige"
He handed me a driver's license,the girl had brown hair with dark red highlights and green eyes,I look up at the iron maiden to see the body bleeding with stab wounds and blood seeping onto the floor and the spikes covered in crimson,I walk over to investigate the body
"God...this must've been awful..."
Oliver adds looking at the body
"Yeah..."
I replied still observing,I turned to jack and naomi
"Who called us?"
I asked
"The curator,markus white"
Naomi replied,I look back and sighed
"Call the morgue,we'll talk to markus white"
I replied,trying to think about this
