"Welcome to Viehla" I say as I place my hands on my hips. "Much nicer than London" Hobie's smiles before putting his mask on, "Yeah well London doesn't have the mountains for decoration" I laugh before swinging off towards my cousins house.

It's been awhile since I've seen them so this will be nice

"So uh which side of the family is this?" Hobie asks as he catches up to me

"Irish, they speak English don't worry"

"Good, I mean I don't speak a lick of Spanish"

"You wouldn't need it anyway but like you just live here nothing big" I laugh

"I've been here like a week let me live" He groans

"Only a week? Feels longer" I say before stopping to really think about it

"Wait really just a week?" I ask and he swings up to balcony "I think so?"

I jump onto the wall next to him and cling on "It's been longer right" I say and he just stands there with his arms crossed

"What day is it?" He asks and my mind goes blank

Goddamn I have lost track of time since becoming spider woman full time

"What month is it?" I ask and Hobie laughs

I web a building and swing away with Hobie still following. "I just want to drop by quickly, make sure everyone's alright."

Hobie's still following me as we get to the street my cousin lives on. "So that means stay here" I say as I land on the pavement and start walking

"What I can't meet the family?" He laughs

"No, you may not, stay." I say as if he was a puppy

"Why not? What am I then?" He asks

"What?"

"What am i? Most people say too loud or too political for family visits" He says as he puts his hands in his pockets

"You're not anything, I just don't have my roommates meet my family" I shrug

"Well we're a bit more then that" He says almost defensively

"Well yeah but you know what I meant" I laugh but as I turn to look a Hobie I realise he isn't laughing either

"I'm gonna scout around" he almost mumbles as he swings off

Once he's gone I stop walking to process what just happened.

"The fuck??" I yell to no one in particular

Is he being for real? Is he actually mad at me? What the fuck just happened

I shrug it off, making it a problem for future me as I start making my way to my cousins house.

Once I'm at her front door I ring the bell before taking my mask off and a few moments later...

"Y/N!" She exclaims before bringing me into a hug

"Hey Lorna" I say with a smile

"Come in! It's been so long" She smiles as she moves out the way so I can go in.

It's been awhile since I've been here but not much has changed. The hallway is still as creepily long and thin as always, as I walk I look at all the pictures of me and Lorna and Jack when we were kids, Jack is my other cousin but he's moved to Barcelona now.
