Detention *( RINNEY )*

Pumpkins Chapter 10

 ( Robin's POV )

As I sat in the room, I felt as though fucking years passed by. I took a couple of glances at Finney's drawings, like once or twice. I soon thought about the pumpkins we were supposed to be doing.

Eager to do something rather than sit around. I got up walking towards the back where the teacher said the pumpkins would be. I looked down only to see three pumpkins left. Before I could say something someone came into the room.

"Hey Finney!" I turned only to see Bruce with Vance. Vance as usual just nodded towards Finney and finally noticed me in the back. " We figured you guys didn't want to do the pumpkins. So we did them, but the teacher said you have to help and put them around the out side of the school."

"We also left three for you guys to do! But I'm pretty sure some people are still doing some. Like Billy took a ton and hasn't even started. So if you want to you can do some of theirs, if you want and if they let you. " Bruce says looking in the back and spotting me. "Oh, I thought you went to the bathroom?" Bruce said slightly confused. "Oh well, anyways chop chop guys I'm not getting in trouble again." At those words both Vance and Bruce left.

I caught a glimpse of Finney slightly laughing to himself. As he got up and grabbed his jacket. "Um, do you want to get those?" He asked looking down at the pumpkins then up at me. I just glanced at the pumpkins quickly before responding. "Uh, yeah sure." I say.

Finney just nods before leaving the room to probably follow Bruce and Vance. I just grab a crate putting the pumpkins in before leaving the room shortly following after Finney.

As we got outside I caught a glance of Billy staring at Finney. He looked slightly desperate. It was actually slightly cold today and it was pretty breezey. So Billy as usual looked hot with the wind blowing in his hair.

I just slightly scoffed as both of them approached each other smiling. I always knew Billy had a thing for Finney, just he never really looked into it because of Griffin Stagg.

 Me personally I would just hit it off with Finney, I mean I guess just go for it. I mean I guess maybe I wouldn't because of bro code, but what's the worst that can really happen.

 Like just think about it dating Billy would make you popular. so when Griffin dumps your friendship it wouldn't matter that much because you're making loads of new friends.

"Hey!" I turn slowly to see Jenna. "Hey," I say not really wanting her attention. "Do you want to decorate with me." I just nod taking a glance at Finney to only see him and Billy laughing while showing each other their pumpkins.

I walk over just a bit before sitting down with my pumpkin in hand grabbing a sharpie to write on it. 

I stare at is wondering what I was going to put. "Hey, um, what are you doing for your pumpkin?" I ask looking over at Jenna.

"Oh, I did one spider web one, and I'm about to finish this one, which is another spider web one too. Well I still have to put gems on both of them." Jenna says smiling brightly. I Bite my lip slightly before looking down at the pumpkin. "Do you need help picking a design. Also I don't think the school cares what you put, just don't put like a dick or something."

I slightly chuckled at Jenna's comment. "I wasn't planning on doing that." I laughed. Jenna just smiles before going back to doing the spider web design. I slowly take the cap off of the marker before getting to work. I was planing on doing a spider.

Jenna soon looks at mine smiling. " They should be next to each other." Jenna says. " They do connect I guess." I say. Jenna laughs a little loud as I glance over to see Billy giving his coat to Finney.

What the fuck. Finney already has a fucking coat why would he need another one. I think annoyed. I'm guessing Jenna noticed where my eyes were so she said something I did and didn't expect.

"So, do you have a date to the Halloween party?" I look at her almost confused, yet slightly happy. "Uh no not yet." I say smirking. 

" I was wondering if you maybe wanted to go together?" I just smile before looking up at her. "Yeah sure I'd love to, I'll pick you up at 9:00, Uh give me your phone." I say smiling as Jenna pulls out her familiar lavender case.

I type my number in before handing her my phone. She smiles after handing me back my phone. Maybe Jenna wasn't as annoying as I thought.

( Finney's POV )

" Wow I didn't know you could draw that well." I say laughing at the picture of Billy's Stu Macher from Scream. " Never ever underestimate me Finney Blake." Billy says setting the pumpkin down.

"Well, while you were working on that. I finished Casey on the phone, and the two ghost faces. And I just started Billy Loomis." I say proudly.

"How the fuck do you draw so fast and so good. It's like fucking impossible." Billy says admiring my work. " Well, I guess getting really only sketch books and pencils for Chirstmas really does pay off somehow. And also I get grounded all the time so I might as well use the 100 unused sketch books."

I smile. I slightly shivered at the wind. "You cold?" I just stare at Billy annoyed. "What do you think Sherlock." I say as Billy rolls his eyes. " Here." Billy says handing me his navy blue varsity jacket.

"This smells like shit, but you tried to cover it with cologne." I say giving him a almost disgusted look. "Oh, sorry. What do you expect it to smell like roses. I wear that after games all the time, and wake up call I don't always shower after all my games." Billy say sarcastically.

 " You should." I laugh. Billy soon begins laughing along with me and soon enough we're dying of laughter.

" So I thought you were going to skip today." I say. " I was until Bruce found me..." I just chuckle. "Of course he did."
