2. His Zeen.

She just rushed toward the hospital when Saira called her from Ziyaan's number and informed her that she's taking ziyaan to hospital.

He is not fine that's all she heard and rushed toward her car.

The 20 minutes drive towards the hospital was more difficult than those 7 years which she spend with just his memories, atleast there wasn't any fear of his life then...

Stopping her car in the middle of the parking lot, toss the car keys towards the parking guard and just rushed inside emergency ward, The CEO of the hospital was the patient here right now...

Her slow heart was beating like never before, She was panicking, she can't lose him, no she won't.

She saw Saira sitting on one of the sofas in the corridor infront of emergency ward , the panic was evident on her face,

Hearing foot steps she looked up and came towards her "Zeeniya... Bhai" the tears make there way out of her eyes

"What happened to Ziyaan?" She can't control the panic in her own voice

"He was just fine... w.. we were just chatting... but all of a sudden his.. his nose started to bleed... He.." she stammered

The words make zeeniya shock to the core, nose bleed? That wasn't in his symptoms list, Is his condition getting worse?

"Zeeniya This never happened before, I don't know what's happening, please do something " Saira cried, he is her only family she can't lose her brother, for her he's her only parent she can't even manage her day without his smile.

Zeeniya just hold her hand and squeeze it giving silent comfort, she can't do anything more right now, her own brain and heart was in a state of war,
She was not living a peaceful life but she was managing to live after all these years but from 4:55 pm today her life takes a drastic turn.

She made saira sit on the sofa and rushed inside the emergency ward, she wanted to see him but the site infront of her just broke her heart all over again.

Her ZH was lying on the bed and the doctors around him trying to stop his nose bleeding by applying the pressure on the artery with the help of a tube... this was all happening under local anesthesia.

he was in conscious... he was in pain, that's the only thought she had after watching the scene infront of her.

The nurse beside him wipe the dorsum side of his hand and starting searching for vein to start an IV
He opened his watery eyes to see the nurse that's when their eyes met and for a moment he forgot every pain.

She was there, was she there for him? After all what had happened? She's still with him? Just by the mere thought the pain of 7 years was subsiding.

He signal her to come towards him by his eye and she feels like her feets started walking towards him on her own,
So, she can still catch his mere eye signals? He was glad.

She stop by his bed and her eyes starts pouring again, she don't want to see him like this, God please make him fine.

He look at her tears and rolled his eyes, God! she's still a cry baby.

The nurse was still searching for his vein it was getting difficult to locate, he insert the needle but before ziyaan could even wince he takes the needle out,

He tried again and insert the needle, a hiss left from Ziyaan's mouth, the guy was literally running behind his vein with the needle but after some seconds the nurse take the needle out again and press a cotton on the spot.

Ziyaan could only saw the nurse head from the angle his head was on, the nurse was bend towards his hand or else he would be dead on his feets just by the glare ziyaan throw at him.
