Zeeniya barged into her room, throw the handbag on a couch and sat lifelessly on then bed palming her face. She make sure to not come face to face with Ziyaan and left for home right after his discharged, she wasn't able to work again. He was surely effecting her work life too.

Fate literally snatched him away from her again, it was never her fault to deserve any of these heartbreaking moments.

"I don't care what you think and feel about me, I was never interested in you that was all fun and games for me, just accept this zeeniya"

"Can't you just stay away from me Zeeniya, I told you I was just kidding when I asked you to marry me"

"If you have any self respect left in you, you will never contact me again. I'm just tired explaining you the same things again and again."

"Did you see Dr Ziyaan's fiancée"

"He's about to marry her in some months"

The flashes of the dreaded moments was recalling in her mind one by one, how he deliberately broke her beyond repairs... seven years ago, and how he unintentionally broke her again today... why always her? Why always by his hands?

Zeeniya didn't realize when her face got fully covered in tears, she was not a girl who cry, she used to hate showing her weak side even infront of Ziyaan but now she doesn't have any control on her own emotions, these seven years just change her completely,

She harshly wipes her tears "can't you guys just control yourselves" and yell at her own tears helplessly but burst out crying again "I hate you" she whispered and sobbed hardly. "Why I don't have control over anything".

She didn't realize how long she cried like that angry and hurt with each and everything, then got up to freshen up herself that's when the world around her spin again badly, she sat on the bed again and groaned in frustration, it was second time in a day today, she don't have time for these health issues.

Zeeniya randomly search for a medicine in bed side table drawer and gulped it down without water not being interested. Her heart beat was slow, slower than normal, she lied down and close her eyes to sleep,
Another day without food in her system, but as if she cares.

Ziyaan came out after a long calming bath while drying his hair with a towel and saw her sitting on his bed grinning, he frowned, happy saira is a bigger threat then mad saira.

"Somebody got you a candy tiny?" He asked turning toward his dressing area

"I won't mind your any word right now, say whatever you want" she followed him excitedly

"That's really alarming" he whispered and raised his eyebrow "what you messed up today saira"

"Seriously Bhai? I did nothing... I mean not a thing which could concern you"

"Then? Why are you exhibiting your teeth" he turn towards the dressing mirror again

"When you were in shower I changed your diet plan and did some changes in your routine, trust me it's perfect now, as you said you can't follow the medicine chart because of your routine so I changed your routine according to your medicine chart.
I even made some really amazingly healthy meal for you, you'll love it, I didn't add beet root in it as I know you hate it but only some broccoli as you know it's good ..." she was lost in her own world explaining her most successful achievement as a nutritionist, not noticing his stoned expressions.
