After the announcement, your agent, Ann, hurriedly shoves you into a black car, closely followed by Aizawa and his agent. As you settle into the car, a heavy sigh escapes your lips. Ann remarks, "You made that look painful, Y/N. You're not new to dealing with the paparazzi, but you sure made it look like you were."

You apologize to Ann, trying to explain, "I know, I'm usually better at handling them, but I was really thrown off by all of this. I'll be more composed next time."

Aizawa's agent then chimes in saying, "Good, because when we get to Shota's house, the paparazzi will be there."

Confused, you ask, "Why are we going there?"

His agent explains, "As far as the public knows, you're living there now. It's all part of the charade."

Aizawa remains silent, staring out the window with an unreadable expression. You let out another sigh, realizing the magnitude of the situation and the complexity of the web of lies you've entangled yourselves in. As the car pulls away from the business building, you brace yourself for the challenges that lie ahead, unsure of how you are going to navigate the blurred lines between reality and pretense in your new, complicated life together.

Soon, the car pulls up outside a relatively small home for a celebrity. There are some paparazzi there, but it's not as bad as you feared.

"Will you be alright?" Ann then asks you. You nod, trying to muster some confidence. Aizawa steps out of the car, and you follow suit, feeling his firm grip as he takes your hand to lead you through the crowd.

"We need to get inside quickly," he says in a low voice. "Don't say anything to them until we have our story straight."

You nod again, feeling a mix of nerves and gratitude for his help. The paparazzi clamor around, but Aizawa expertly pushes them aside until the door is locked behind you. Finally inside, he releases your hand and says, "Welcome home, I guess." His tone is nonchalant, but you can sense an undertone of uncertainty.

You reply, "Thanks," not knowing what else to say. He then mentions that he's going to take a nap, and you mumble, "Okay." Maybe it won't be so bad if he leaves you alone for the whole time. Then again, you don't remember how long the CEO said this arrangement was going to last for...

Nevertheless, Aizawa walks off, leaving you to explore the house on your own. It's modest but cozy, with a kitchen and dining room, a living room featuring an average-sized TV, one and a half baths, and a closed room which you assume is the bedroom. You wander back to the living room, feeling the exhaustion settling in, and end up falling asleep on the couch.

As you drift off, your mind is filled with questions and uncertainties about the charade, the pretend engagement, and the strange turn your life has taken. But it's not long until you find yourself back in reality.

You slowly wake up to the enticing aroma of food, and as you sit up, you notice Aizawa in the kitchen, preparing two bowls of soba. He looks up as you approach, and asks if you're hungry. You nod in response, and he slides a bowl across the island toward you. "Thank you," you smile softly, grateful for the gesture.

Just as you're about to sit, you realize you don't have any chopsticks and ask him if he has any. In response, he points to a cabinet, but you can't tell which one. As you begin to search and look through each one, your attempts only seem to exasperate him, and you hear him sigh. Then, he effortlessly reaches into the cabinet across from you, his hand sliding right past your torso, and retrieves the chopsticks.

"Here you go," he says in his usual monotone voice, not realizing how your face heats up as he gets so close to touching you.

"Thanks," you reply simply, trying not to feel too awkward about the proximity. You then sit down, and he takes a seat beside you. But, the pressure soon gets to you and you break the silence, trying to alleviate the tension. "I can't believe we got roped into this. It'll be quite an experience," you say, attempting to laugh awkwardly.

However, he doesn't respond, and instead, he continues eating in silence. You gulp, sensing his aloofness, and decide not to push the conversation further. You eat in silence too, and while the food is delicious, the atmosphere feels awkward and charged with unspoken words.

As you finish your meal, you're left with mixed feelings, unsure how to navigate this new dynamic with Aizawa. The charade may be part of the mission, but you can't shake the unsettling thoughts beneath it all.

After finishing the meal, you offer to help Aizawa wash the dishes, but he seems to have a different system than you're used to. He politely asks you to let him handle it, assuring you that he can do it. However, you feel a bit awkward for not being much of a help, and ask if there's anything different you can do. But still, he insists that he's got it covered. Silently, you stand by, not wanting to add any more unwanted tension.

"So, uh, what room will I be staying in?" you ask, feeling uncomfortable and wanting to change the subject.

Aizawa tenses up for a moment, and you realize that he hasn't thought about it yet. He looks at you with wide eyes, caught off guard. Finally, he then says, "You can take my room. I'll sleep on the couch. It's not a problem."

You raise an eyebrow, a bit surprised at his offer, and ask "Are you sure?" He nods, assuring you that it's fine, and mentions that he just needs to get some sheets from the room.

He then dries off his hands and walks away, leaving the dishes half done. You can sense his unease about the whole living arrangement, and you can't help but feel the same way. The situation is bizarre, and the charade has already created a web of complexities between you two.

As you stand there, you wonder how you'll navigate this delicate dance of pretending to be a couple while simultaneously trying to understand each other's boundaries and emotions. The house that is meant to be your temporary home for the charade feels filled with uncertainty, and you can't help but wonder how this pretend relationship will evolve, for better or worse.
