Kildare Island is now a battleground between those who live in the rich side of the island called the Kooks, and those who lives in the poorer side, the Pogues.
The Cromwell family is well known in the obx, Robert Cromwell is one of the biggest millionaire on the island, known as the boss of Figure Eight. He was married to Isabella Nadin, who died from cancer after ten years since their daughter was born.
Now, Reagan is no longer the little girl people remember. As a teenager, she's caught between the two worlds of Kooks and Pogues, and the Outer Banks has plans for her.
