NEVER IN Rory's life had she ever thought that her father would join forces with Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence and yet, here she was with Cobra Kai and Miyagi-Do as one dojo.

And it was shit.

Everyone had different teaching dynamics and no one would be willing to try and learn one dynamic over the other.

And to be honest, Rory was more comfortable learning from her father than anyone else.

But things just weren't clicking between the three sensei's and it showed in how everyone trained.

So Rory decided to destress by going to the skate park.

She exited the car and stepped out. She soon rolled her eyes but continued her walk as she spotted Robby from the distance.

They hadn't spoken since the incident at Cobra Kai, hell, they didn't really speak there. The last time they truly spoke was when they had broken up.

Rory was still batten and bruised since the fight at the LaRusso's, but her eye no longer had the black ring around it and the cut on her lip managed to scab up.

She held her skateboard close as she made her way closer to the area and Robby finally caught the girl's sight.

"What are you doing here, Brewer?" He asked.

"It's a public park, asshole. I can be here."

Rory sat her board down and placed her one foot on it as she stood near Robby.

They most likely would never be back to where they used to be. Rory couldn't see it happening anytime soon, especially after the fight at the LaRusso's.

For the first time, Robby looked at her. He took notice of her eye, her lip, and her scar. All something that Tory had given her, but Rory fought and she fought hard.

"Do you really think people can change?" She asked, "Or do you pick and choose who you think can change? I'm just curious."

Robby nodded. He knew that Rory was hurt, both physically and mentally, but the last thing he wanted was to hurt her, Cobra Kai was something he wanted to do and he wasn't going to let anyone or anything get in the way of that.

"Believe whatever you want Rory." He spoke, "I can't change your mind."

"You can." She said, "But I was in Cobra Kai and—"

"For what? A week?"

"Long enough to know that nothing good happens in there." She answered, "I don't I've ever been beat up so badly, like, ever." She smiled, finally looking at him, "You know what I mean."

"Yeah." He muttered, "I do."

Rory sighed, "It's nice talking to you. Even if we're supposed to be sworn enemies now."

"I'll see you around, Brewer."

Rory nodded, preparing to push herself off of her board, "You too... asshole."

With that, Rory pushed herself away, skating slowly, but far away enough that she could not see nor hear Robby.

For the first time, things felt like they were going to be okay.
