"Okairinasai, onii-cha...... What happen to kotoko is she okay?" okasan said she was always very worried when it comes to kotoko
"it's okay mom I'll just take her to our room so she could rest" moment past by then oto-san is home with to-san(my father-in-law
I left kotoko for a while to go to the kitchen to drink some water then I kin Oka-san shouting
"Onichan!!!... ONICHAN... Kotoko is awake" my mom shouting at me as she get water in the kitchen
When I enter the room I saw kotoko getting a medicine beside the bed
"Gomenasai minna.. I got you all worried
You see Irei-kun and I work together in the hospital we were so busy but we save many people" she said while opening a box of medicine everyone was looking at her listening to her story telling even my little brother Yuki is listening to her
She was about to open the box when I get it fro her
"Not now, not until we know"
"Irei-kun" she stated
"When was your last period?" i asked caus if I remember it correctly she's already a month delayed
"Why are you asking irei-kun" she said while being shy
"That's right onii-chan.. What are yo.." I cut mom's word
"Are you pregnant??" I askwhile looking at her
"Irei-kun??" she was also shocked like what the... She did not even know what's going on in her body... I really did have a stupid wife....
Well I myself wasn't sure about 80 percent we still have to go to he doctor to make sure it's not a false alarm anymore
Every one was in a state of shock for a minute and now overly exited about Kotoko's pregnancy which is not confirm yet
"Don't be so happy who knows it might be another false alarm" i said slightly pushing mom to the door of the room
"we will go to the OB - GYNE to confirm every thing for now let us sleep.." I said as I close the door and face kotoko who is making a dumb face staring into nothing while smiling like a complete idiot😑
"Oi, Don't be exited and sleep now we still have a lot to do tomorrow"
"Deemooo, I'm just so exited to the thought tat I'm carrying your baby Irei-kun it's the fruit of our love.... I always drea to be the mother of your children and have a happy family of our own.." she said happiness is visible in he eyes
Me to kotoko I'm happy I just can't voice it out but I'm very happy you're my miracle my challenge and you just don't know how mutch I love you
" kotoko I'm just gonna take a shower.. "
Bt she is not answering me when I look at her my overly excited wife has gone to sleep
"Irei-kun I'm soooo Happy" she talk in her sleep
I just smile to the thought tat I was still n her dreams

Kotoko's POV
"Kotoko I'm super happy we are gonna be areal family at last... I hope she is like you beautiful and great.... Come here let me give you a kiss.." Irei-kun smile while looking at me as if I'm the most important person to him I was about to kiss him when
"oiii, kotoko no baka.. Onichan is waiting for you downstairs you still have a check up. And it's already late" ahhhh Yuki-kun
"YUKI-KUN.... YOU DISTURB ME JUST FOR THE CHECK UP!!" WAITTT CHECK UP???
I quickly stand p and run to the bathroom
"kotoko-chan don't run you might slip be careful" mom reminded me
"Haiii, gomen Oka-san" I said and hurriedly finish my things and put my clothes on
"Gomenasai Irei-kun I forgot about the check up did you have breakfast already how abut coffee do yo wanna drink?? let me make you one.." I said and a run to the kitchen to make cofe for my most wonderful and handsome and smart husband when he grab my wrist
"don't bother kotoko we are gonna be late thanks to you who over sleep and forgot that we have an appointment to confirm something you are exited about the whole night.." irei-kun said in his o so cool lazy tone.Gosh he is so handsome
"But what about breakfast I'm so hungry
" I said
(Grooowllll growllllllll) that's my hungry stomach crying for some food....
"well just grab a bite on our way to the clinic. Let's go."
AT THE CLINIC
"I'm nervous Irie-kun what if I'm not pregnant, what if the the whole family expect nothing again just like the last time? I'm afraid that I might disappoint everyone again especially oka-san she's been waiting for this moment.." I said to Irie-kun while looking all the pregnant women in here they all have a big tummy how I wish that this is not a false alarm anymore...
" whatever the result is it's okay if you're not pregnant then you are not we can't do anything about it kotoko, just be positive if it is for us then it's for us for sure" Irie-kun said as he tap my head
How I wish it was that easy whenever I imagine oka-san being disappointed
I'm really afraid I hope its positive this time so we can have something to look forward to...
I was in the middle of my day dreaming
"toko... Kotoko... Oi Kotoko it's your turn now.." Irie-kun said while every one in the line was looking at me
I stand up immediately "Hai! Gomenasai, I'm coming" I said and I bow as a sign of apologies
"Ohayou gozaimas Mrs. Irei here is a specimen container fill it with urine up to the black line then give it back to me foe the result" Dr. Hiroshi said
I accepted the container and go to a cubicle inside her office to to fill the container with urine and I quickly gave it to her.... please Kami-sama please.....
"Okay Mrs. Irei you can go to the waiting room first and wait 15 minutes for the result.." Dr. Hiroshi said
"Hai, Arigatou sensei.." I bow to her and went to the waiting room with my heart beating so fast and my hand cold....
