We are waiting for our turn... Kotoko's beside me smiling in daze bet she is in he dream land again  she's on her 12 weeks but the baby bump is starting to show up....

"Mrs. Irie kotoko.... Irei kotoko?? " the nurse called her so I stand up and held her hand with that she's back in reality again

"Ohayou, Dr.Hiroshi " we greet the doctor and sat on a chair in front of her table

"Good morning Mr and Mrs Irei, today Mrs. Irie is in her 12th week in her pregnancy it's a critical stage so you should be careful Mrs. Irei the first trimester is prone to miscarriage, I will give you vitamins to help your baby grow healthier, we will also conduct a ultrsond to check if the baby's well being and heartbeat, I also recommend you to drink maternal milk and eat foods that are rich in calcium," Kotoko nodding while looking at the Dr. While explaining good thing she's not day dreaming again

"Okay now let's go meet your baby follow Nurse Kanzaki for the Ultrasound of the baby" kotoko stand up and followed the nurse while I stay because I've been wanting to ask this

"You can ask now Mr. Irei" she smile I can't ask awhile ago cause Kotoko is here..

"She' s been saying that I smell horrible what do you think should I do " she just nod and answer

"That is absolutely normal, she will also experience craving and nausea, but having Sexual intercourse is alright I long as you don't tire her out" she said I just bow and thank her for the informations and look for kotoko

'Buthum, Buthum, Buthum, Buthum' as I followed the sound I heard I saw kotoko laying on a bed looking at the screen with tears in her eyes

"Irie-kun our baby they're Twins" my eyes widened and I can't express this happiness in my heart I went beside her and look at the monitor

"Our babies" that's all I could say I will never forget this feeling... Arigatou Kotoko you make me experience this happiness I will work hard from now on for the two lives in her womb...

We are done with the check up but our faces still hold the smile we wear from awhile ago it feels surreal

Until we reach our house Kotoko's smiling with tears in her eyes...

"Tadaima " I said as I'm taking my outside shoes and wear the inside slippers

"Tadaima, Oka-san" Kotoko said and make her way to the kitchen where Oka-san is

"Oka-san I have a Good news " she said while holding Oka-san's hand I just stare the both of them while they are happily talking

"What is it Kotoko-chan? "my mother excitedly ask kotoko

" Mom we're having twins" kotoko said and my mother jumps as she hold Kotoko's hand

"what a pleasant Surprise,, You're so great onii-chan, " Mom said as she look at me "Oh, I'm gonna tell otou-san the great news... " she run upstairs and called otou-sans

"Kotoko, " I called her
"Hai, Irie-kun? " she said but she kept her distance at me.... Ohh, yeah she don't like what I smell,

"take a rest first I know you are tired, I will be at the library if you need something call me" I said

  "Hai, Irei-kun, don't worry I have carrot and chocolate cake it okay you can rest I'll rest too... I love you.. " she replied and head to the refrigerator got herself two big slices of carrot cake and chocolate cake, so that's why she like two flavors too... I just shake my head at her pigging out...
