After 3 years..... Happening

Kotoko's POV

Kotoki and Naoko are already three years old I remember Kotoki's first word when he was only 9 month he called me everyone is so shocked well of course me too because who whould have thought that 'Mama' was his first word I thought he's gonna call his father first as of Naoko her first word was of course 'papa' I also got back at work when the twins are one year old I work again as a nurse every thing is great except the fact that I'm getting dizzy well almost every night and my eyes is getting blurry

I totally forgot about the check up I'm getting so busy I focus on my work and the kids I don't want to be a bad mother to them although sometimes I'm still daydreaming because of Irei-kun's Handsomeness I can't help it,,, but I'm still focusing On every duties I have especially now that the twins are growing up fast I don't want them to think that their mother was useless I want to be there when they need me good thing they are both smart especially kotoki... Well naoko is also smart but she's so jolly unlike Kotoki who only interact to those he knew... I remember the first time Kotoki met a toddler in his age he just look at them and didn't gave any attention, he just sat on a corner and read the book which is a toddler book, while he's sister play with the kids

Sometimes I can see Irei-kun in kotoki he's just like he's dad but they never got along especially in night time they always fought with each other. Because of that Irei-kun and I rarely sleep together because Kotoki is Sleeping beside me every night In our room and Irei-kun Is Sleeping in Naoko's room, sometimes Irei-kun will carry kotoki back on their room with his sister Naoko but when he woke up He'll trow tantrums saying "You carried me again you're being mean again Naoki-san" the first time Irei-kun heard Kotoki calling him Naoki-San was really Hilarious, he was left speechless and asked Kotoki to have a private talk...
I had a lot of fun when I saw them arguing with each other ahahahha ts like He's fighting to the little version of himself, as of Naoko she is such a sweet mean Daughter and a bit moddy when it comes to her dad... She's Daddy's daughter and because of Oka-san I don't née to buy her stuff she always shop with Oka-san she really love her Grandchildren... I really love our Family

Also I remember Yuki secretly Propose to Konomi-chan saying he doesn't want me and Oka-san to handle everything about them because were are messing up his plans he said Now the Konomi-chan And Yuki-Kun are engaged and will have a wedding after college... Which is 6 Months from now, I was asking Irei-kun if we could get married again and have another Honeymoon because we were interrupted last time but he just brush me off saying" Its a hassle kotoko we have work and the kids need us we can have a family outing once our schedules are clear"
I got sad that time but we are indeed busy he has left and right surgeries to take care of and I have a shifting schedule and when I got home I'm fully occupied by the twins being a mother surely isn't easy but it's really fun... I am so happy that I can share this feelings with Irei-kun

I don't want to be a burden to Irei-kun that's why I'm doing my best in all the ways I can I'm so very happy that I can be a help to him and to many patients. I don't want to rely on him all the time I want to show him that he can rely on me too that I can be a help to him that I'm not a nuisance... I want to be a better version of myself for him for our family I may not be the best but at least I know m trying my best

Back to reality after reminiscing

So Finally this a Complete rest Hours, After a long discussion with Kotoki Oka-san and Naoko, Yuki-Kun, Konomi-chan and Kotoki who is pouting right now are going to the mall and I can have a total rest, a little bit sad cause Irei-kun isn't here but I least I can rest now

"Mama wait for me okay ill buy you something yummy okay" Kotoki said while sitting on my lap

"Hai, Hai I'm looking forward to it.. " I replied to Kotoki who's now smiling at me.. I mess his hair and "You should smile often Love, Your so cute " I added

"I'll bring something for mama and papa let's go Oni-chan" said Naoko and she held her Brother's hand "Mama's right Oni-chan, you should smile " Naoko commented on her brother

"No ill only smile for mama and you and oba-san " he said and kiss me on the cheeks "Were going mama byebye I love you always" said Kotoki and went outside

"Kotoko-chan take a rest okay well be back in no time, oh! And I remember You can have a check up now, your always getting dizzy and maybe Kotoki and Naoko will have a sibling soon.. Ja, itdekkimasu" said Oka-san and went outside to the car

I blush to the thought of having another baby but this pass months Irei-kun and I are super busy so it's just maybe a small possibility.... Oh well since its a free day might have a check up my eye is getting worst and also the numbness I feel it more often...

At the Hospital

I went to the Dream hospital I want to surprise Irei-kun If ever I'm really Pregnant because I couldn't last time because he figure it out first I hope for a good results I'm so excited

But first I'll go to the ophthalmologist to get my eyes checked its getting blurry and it's kinda affecting my work so I should go there and the to the Ob Gyne to check if kotoki and Naoko will have a little sibling...

At the doctor's office

"Good morning Mrs. Irei" said Dr. Sato

"Good morning too, sense I want to check my eyes It's greeting blurry these pat few days is the worst do I need to have glasses " I asked as I position my head I a machine

Dr. Sato start the check up an I saw he forehead form a wrinkles and start the machine again and she did that three times I'm getting nervous what could be the problem...

"Ummm, Mrs. Irie I don't see any problems with your eyes to the machine by any means do you have any other symptoms like Numbness loose of taste and dizziness?" I just nod at him "I will refer you to Dr. Itou he can help you"

"Hai arigatou sensei I'll get going now" I said and bow to him

"By the way the Office of Dr. Itou is on 2nd floor the second room to the right " he added I nod again and bow once more
"Arigatou sensei" and I March my way to the 2nd floor I am in front of the office of Dr. Itou and he is a NEUROLOGIST..?

What could be the problem...?
