Hope and Despair

Naoki's POV

I cant forget the feelings when our skin touched, her warmth embrace me... Maybe this is the side effect after her operation i saw in the televison the other day... It is said that she is the firsts patient who survived Neurolocalosys and the Doctor who perform the surgery on her was Dr. Takishima i did read a few articles about him saying he perform a sursery before Kotoko... I need to talk to him to knock some sense in him

I am now sure that she is my Kotoko,,
The way she called me, Her soft voice lingering in my ears... After what happen at the Aihara i follow where she run to and i saw her standing in front of the Tonan High School Staring at the Front gate of the school while shaking her head I went in her direction 'Aihara Kotoko? Class F?? Read this' she start mumble... I held he both shoulder to support her

"Shu?? Who really am I? " she said and she look at me her eyes winded due to shock "who are  you? why did you follow me? Stop folowing me or ill call the police" she said and start walking backwards i couldn't move an inch after what she said... I felt like a bucket of ice water was splash in me. The way she look at me like i am a complete stranger... Her eyes full of ove and affection for me is now gone... My heart feels like i was stabbed a thousand times, is this how you feelwhen im ignoring you Kotoko? I never know Your in pain just like this yet you still continue to be by my side...

While standing there staring at the abyss my phone rings...

"Papa where are you? " a sweet voice brings me back to reality

"Im about to go home Naoko" i answered her and sigh

"Okay Come home quickly dinners ready" I smile hearing at the voice of Naoko she really reassemble Kotoko
I need to make her remember us... Maybe it will trigger her memories if she saw the places we've been.. Or see some senarios we've been through,

When i got home Naoko wecome me with a hug

"Oni-chan have you met Kotoko-chan" my mother asked me

"Yes but she dont remember Kinnosuke cris and  Me probably all of us thats why she didn't come home" my mom is upset to the news i brought

"So mama cant remember us" naoko said and begun to tear up.. I pat her head and "Dont worry Naoko You mom will come back" i reassure her as i went to the living room Kotoki is reading a book while dingking his milk

"Naoki-san i heard everything thing, So the reason why mom didn't come back was because she cant remember us.. How about sue that guy? " Kotoki said Ths boy i really cant believe im hearing this from a 6  years old "Dont worry Kotoki ill bring your mom back "

"You should Naoki-san"he replied and walk away headed to his room he really didn't call me dad sice the day Kotoko went missing... I know he just putting a strong act not to worry us..

The next day im in the hospital doing my usual Round when i heard one of the patient talking

"Shes so pretty and kind" patient 1
"Yes and she gave me aher autograph " Patient 2 said
"Yeah she help me too, Shes like a real nurse" Patient 3 said
"Yeah she is like a angel Kiyoko is so beautiful " Said the patient 4

Kiyoko?? Kotoko.. she's here? What happen is she alright?

"Excuse me.. Where did you see her? " i asked them
"ah, Irei-sensei in the first floor she's talking to some nurse" patient 3 replied

"Thanks" and i rush my way to the first floor

Nurses, doctor and patients gather in a crowd and there i saw Kotoko smiling at everyone and casually talking

"Kiyoko-chan are you feeling well why are you in here" said Dr. Nishigaki
"Im good, im here for vitamins" and she show a pack of vitamins
"is it true your married already? " of course she is we're married
"Ah, yes Im Dr. Takishima Shu's wife" she replied and smile to every one.. What am i even expecting she dont remember me... But im still disappointed with he answer
"Kotoko you really look like Kotoko" and when i look who said that its Kikyou
"Kotoko? Who's that i really hear her name a lot" she replied
"she's Dr. Irei wife, Thats Dr. Irie " and he point at me then everyone look at me

I just stare at her unable to say anything i want her to remember me but i dont know what to do i just grab her hand and bring her in the fire exit
"Why did you bring me here" she said while looking at me with her Dagger looks "I just want a quiet day and you keep ruining it, now take responsibility for what you've done " i said to her i cant calm down now im being mean again what shoul i do...
"Why whoul i i dont even know you let alone waste my time for the likes of you you Cold face jerk" and with her remark i totally loose all my control
"But you love this Cold face jerk for 9 years Kotoko and that years Isn't enough you promised me that you will never leave my side so Fullfill it Kotoko" i said to her and look at straight to her eyes
"Mr. Irei im terribly sorry for the loss of your wife but im not her Im Takishima Kiyoko and not your wife Kotoko so please leave me alone, Thank you" she stated as she was about to walk away
"Your Kiyoko? Are you sure about that? Where did you come from? who are your parents? what about high school? Collage, Expect this past 3 years did you remember anything? you didn't...am right "
"Mummy, Riri Told me i have amnesia after my operation but she told me my memory will come back, She said that i was married to Shu and i have a Son name Ryu... Why am i explaining to you go away... " so she was made to be a wife and a mother while I am left alone and our kids badly missed their mother who was taken Away...
"Ill be glad to meet This Riri and your so called Husband Kiyoko... I want to talk to him but first " i grab her hand again and pulled her towards me and kiss her with all the feelings that bottled up this 3 years all the longing and love i gave it to this kiss... After a few seconds she responded which make me smile and then she felt shock and pulled away

"Now you cant forget me.. Serves You right... " i said and left her....
