Unexpected || Kimetsu No Gakuen (Giyushino)

Chapter 4

Friday, Dec 21
Shinobu irratatedly threw the blanket, and sat up and yawned lazily.

"Ugh, i forgot to turn off my alarm..."

7:30. It was the time when Shinobu got up for school days to get ready. She forgot to turn it off, due to her headache last night.

"Atleast i have more time to prepare, but i shouldn't wake up Nee-san yet. I'm sure she's tired. I'll just wait until she wakes up."

"Oh, Shinobu! Why are you up so early?"

Shinobu turned to see Kanae peaking at her from the door.

"Oh. Good morning Nee-san! Wanna go out today?"

"Sure, what time?"

"Probably after lunch."

"Why not? It's pretty boring to stay home at weekends."

"Okay!"

Kanae then left. After cleaning, Shinobu went downstairs to eat breakfast, until she found Giyuu and Kanae talking.

"Oh, why is tomioka-san here?"

"We are in charge of a project in school shinobu."

Kanae then winked at shinobu, making shinobu quite annoyed.
Shinobu then prepared breakfast for herself and of course, Kanae and Giyuu.

For herself and Kanae, shinobu had made Ginger Tsukudani. And for Giyuu, shinobu had made Salmon Daikon, which was his favourite.

After Kanae and Giyuu finished discussing the plans for the project, they both sat down at the table for breakfast.

"You're good at cooking, shinobu." Giyu suddenly said which made shinobu quite happy as it was her first time making Salmon Daikon.

Kanao suddenly went downstairs, but Kanao didn't want to eat breakfast yet.

Kanao was going out with her friends today, and it was alright with Kanae.

After eating, Shinobu and Kanae had took a bath and got ready, while Giyuu just waited. (Kanao left earlier than them)

The 3 went out and went to some shops.

Kanae had to do something and left the two.

"Should we go to the cherry blossom tree, tomioka-san?"

"Why not? Come."

Giyuu took shinobu's hand unexpectedly, which surprised shinobu, and made her blush at the same time.

Giyuu lead her to the cherry blossom tree and held her hand as they watched the scenery.
Shinobu was trying to hide her face as she was blushing.

Once shinobu managed to stop, She glanced at giyuu and caught him smiling at her, which made her heart skip a beat.

"You're really cute, shinobu."

Shinobu wasn't able to respond, and was only able to smile at giyuu.

Kanae suddenly arrived, and spotted the two. The two went back and they finished the day with ice cream and a quick stop by the lake.

The 3 had a tiny nap. Shinobu slept on giyuu's shoulder, not knowing.
Kanae woke up first and saw the 2 sleeping, shinobu's head on giyuu's shoulder.

Kanae squirmed with excitement.
"I knew it. These two are so cute together."
Kanae said under her breath.

She woke the two up, and they went back home.
On the ride, Giyuu suddenly held shinobu's hand, making her glance at him.

He smiled at her, making her blush.
Shinobu and Kanae said goodbye to giyuu, and went inside. Kanao was sleeping.

"Soo, what happened while i was gone shinobu?"

"What do you mean?"

"I left on purpose, to give you two some time alone, like in a date, hehe....."

"Sis!!!"

"Sorry!! But still, i think you had fun!! Cmon, tell me what happened!"

"No."

"Pweaseee!!"

"Fine. We went to the cherry blossom lake.
He held my hand while we watched."

Shinobu shyly said.

"You two are great together!! I'm gonna tell Mitsuri about this, hehe!!!"

"Well, she's my bestfriend, so i guess."

Kanae called mitsuri and told her what happened, and even mitsuri agreed that shinobu and giyuu were a match!

That night, shinobu couldn't sleep. Her moment with giyuu came back into her mind.

"I think i really do like him. I don't want to, but i just can't control what i feel about him."

Shinobu then checked her messages, to see giyuu had texted her.

G: Goodnight.
S: Back to you! : )

The conversation then ended, and shinobu managed to sleep. She had no plans for tomorrow, so she just decided to study.

"But i think i should but buy a new science notebook, since my old one seems full.
I'll just worry about that tomorrow"

Shinobu then stared at the beautiful night sky for a moment, then fell asleep.
