castaways.
Even though I want you to come with me to explore the other pages of my life, I can't. I don't want you to see the disappointments and failures that I'll face along the way. Because knowing that you'll be there feels like I'm gonna depend on you. And you have your own story too, you have your own pages, your own adventures. I think we're each other's side characters in our story. Almost being the lead characters, but I know we're still gonna meet a lot of people who'll suit to fill the role. Who's much better, who's much deserving. But in my book, I'll save that lead role for you. You've already earned it but I know you can't be there to fill it. We're still two worlds apart, we're both young to worry about it.
