Bulimia is staring at an empty toilet bowl
Contemplating what you're even doing there
Bulimia is keeping your fingers in your throat
While thick saliva runs down your hand onto your arm
Bulimia is washing the fresh vomit off your hands
Because you didn't pull your hand out of your throat in time
Bulimia is binging before purging because,
"If you're just going to throw it up anyway why does it matter?"
Bulimia is crying on the disgusting bathroom floor
Due to the fact that you failed to make yourself puke
Bulimia is making yourself throw up over and over again
Cause you know for a fact that you ate more than what's in the toilet bowl
Bulimia is nearly suffocating while trying to purge because
Your fingers hold your tongue down making it so you can't breath through your nose
Bulimia is not just walking out of the bathroom with glossy eyes and a ponytail
It is not just eating and than purging
It is not your stereotypes from misinformation
