Hilda,David,Frida ~ Phenomenon ~ Part 1

" Isn't that a bit dangerous Y/n? " David commented watching the tiny human hop from rock to rock across a small stream of water leading somewhere.Even though it wasn't obviously a problem for David,Y/n could easily slip and get swept away.It was big enough to have a harsh pull in the streams currents for someone of Y/n's size.

" David's right Y/n,you're going to fall," Frida says,bending down on her knees to watch Y/n closely just in case.

" I'm not going to fall,I'm an expert at these things! " Y/n says back only for Hilda to cover her mouth to stiffle a laugh.

" Hilda laughing says otherwise,she's known you longer than we have and I'm going to assume by her reaction you're not," Frida states just as Y/n slipped and fell in the stream.

Frida was quick to pluck him out,she gave a look similar to that of a scolding mother.

" I told you- "

" I got distracted!Doesn't count," Y/n exclaimed crossing his arms as he wiped water from his face.

" Ya it won't count if you're dead," David mumbles,earning a look from Y/n.

" Alright,alright guys we came out here for a reason and it wasn't to drown or get lectured," Hilda interrupted as the friend group gathered around each other.

" Right,so what were we here for again? " David questioned as Hilda started to explain.

" Last night Me,Twig and Y/n spotted something further in the woods.We aren't sure what it was,so we went to investigate!When we got closer,Y/n got more- "

" I was possessed! " Y/n interrupted seemingly excited to say that.

" You sound awfully excited,but...possessed?Like ghost possessed or mind controlled? " David gulped thinking about a mind controlled terrorizing tiny human.Not much damage in the long run,but saying Y/n scurring around like a spider wasn't scary was a lie all together.

It happened before.

" He was sort of mind controlled.He rambled about seeing the universe,but I'm pretty sure he only said that because I accidentally dropped him," Hilda admitted.

" How are you not deceased "

" Thick skull durable body,unlike you guys we have to adapt with our lifestyle for survival.And since my ancestors couldn't balance themselves we developed durable skulls and bodies to take little damage when falling," Y/n answered getting a bit smarty before returning to his distractive state.

" That must have took ages "
" Trial and error too! "

" That's horrible "

" Enough with the sympathy!I wanna figure out what possessed me! "

David and Frida looked at each other.

" Hilda do you really think Y/n should come along,he's a bit.... reckless? " Frida tried to word it right.

" Oh come on Frida,he may be small but he's got a smart mind and a big heart,you've only hung out with him twice!Get to know him better," Hilda answers as Y/n get stuck in a spider web.

" Help please! "

-Small Timeskip-

Y/n winced from the sudden headache the had obtained,it went unnoticed by Hilda but Frida noticed.

" Are you okay? " She asked with concern.

" I am 100% good," Y/n says confidently earning a skeptical look from the girl.

" If you say so "

It was getting a bit late,the sun was already setting and the wind began to pick up.

" Maybe we should go back," David suggested only for Y/n to turn it down.

" No,no.I've got to see this,it's...we're almost there! " Y/n says,his voice becoming more dragged compared to his upbeat personality.He held his head for a moment before letting go and shaking it off.

Y/n decided he wanted to walk and got off of Hilda's shoulder and down to the ground.

He was suprisngly fast,managing to keep up with the others pace despite his size disadvantages.As they ventured further,Frida and David noticed how Y/n was starting to drag,his movements reckless and unbalanced.His eyes seem to glow in the dark,he mumbled to himself too.They suspected they were extremely close,they wanted to make sure he was okay but every time they tried to help him he pushed them away.

" Hilda-"

Before they could point it out Y/n was gone.

" Where did he go?! "
" He was just with us a second ago "
" Do you see that light? "

The three turned to see a bright light shining from behind a bush,it was slowly dimming as if leaving the area.

The three followed it,knowing Y/n would probably have went that way.

They were right!
A light blue orb floated just a few feet away from him,seemingly guiding the small,now mindless human deeper into the woods.
