Hey,
as you might have notice the cover of my story is a bit basic and not very eye catching so I was wondering if any of you would interested in making me a cover I will give you a shout out, I would be really grateful. If you are interest please private message me; if there is more than one cover that is made I would still love to present it on the start of a chapter.
Thanks,
Hayley X
Starring in the mirror, I began twisting my now dry hair into a halo braid around my head. Usually, I kept my long hair down and let me tell you trying to braid without being able to see the back of your head is one thing but having to deal with handfuls of hair and having no idea where to put them is another thing all together. I would have asked for help but I have the feeling that five teenage boys would have no idea how to attempt braiding, so I was stuck on my own, which meant I was sat in front of the mirror a long time.
After wresting with my now immaculate braid Trey came over the intercom, "Lie, we're going are you done yet?"
Reaching for the button with my fingertips I said, "Nearly you lot got ahead I will see you there in a bit." I hadn't realized how the time had flown by, nothing but my hair was done and it was already six, shrugging it off I hoped Angela wouldn't mind if I was late.
Quickly, I put on some basic makeup; I could never be bothered with a lot of make up anyway, it took too much time and who was there to impress in this house, I don't think any of my brothers would know if my contour was on fleek or not, so I quickly put on winged eyeliner and a nude/pink lipstick. After making sure my make up looked presentable, I carefully pulled on a casual slouchy dress in pale pink to match my lipstick, and dressed it up with cream stilettos.
Studying myself in the mirror I deemed myself presentable and hurried through the house as quick as I could in five inch heels.
Jamie's POV
As we got closer to the house I noticed that the doors were open; I could hear music coming from inside. The house was a similar size to ours but had a different structure.
When we got to the door, we were greeted by Angela and who I assumed to be her husband.
"Angela it's nice to see you again." my dad said as we stepped in side.
"I'm glad you could make it, this is my husband John and somewhere around here would be my son Austin, hes probably out back, I'm sure you'll meet him later anyway."
"Wow, it's quite a family you have here." John remarked.
"Haha, yes we are but somehow we manage, " he stepped forward shaking Johns hand, "I'm Chris and this," he slapped Bren on the back, "is my eldest son Brennan, Angela already met my second eldest son Jamie," I nodded my head, "you know Carson and this is Trent and Trey."
"Where's Rosalie?" Angela asked.
"Late as usual, I can't believe that kid," Laughing and shaking his head.
"Well, as I said, a girl likes to make her entrance. I think Austin and his friends are in the back garden if you boys want to join him and his friends, I hope you enjoy yourselves, if you need anything please don't be afraid to ask." At that we walked over the threshold and she and her husband left us to attend to there other guests.
"Why don't you guys go find Austin out back?" Dad suggested, looking between us all.
I started making my way out to the back yard, followed by my brothers. Stepping out into the garden was like stumbling into one of my dreams, not because it had a pool or tennis courts but because there was a immaculate full sized football field marked out on the lawn, including posts.
