Rosalie POV

As we made our way through the guests and I spotted Angela and her husband waving us over. Angela immediately pulled me in for a hug when we reached them; I tensed as her arms surrounded me not used to the contact but while she held me there I was surprised to find myself relaxing into her.

"Rosalie it's so nice to see you again." She said pulling away from me, smiling. "I see you have met my son Austin."

For a strange reason I had a sudden sense of lose but I shook it off and smiled back.

"Yeah, we're gonna play a game in the garden, I'm just borrowing some clothes from Austin so I can play."

"You play?"Austins dad asked in disbelief, but instead of the usual judgement I was shocked when Angela said.

"You better get some of my running stuff to wear then, half of Austins clothes will fall off you," Looking me up and down, her eyes focusing on my shoes. "What size shoe are you?"

"Five."

"You can play in some of my trainers; even wonder women couldn't play football in those, it's nice to know my common shoe size can help in some ways apart from burdening my chances of getting a good shoes in the sale." She joked and Austins dad shook his head as if to say typical.

"Talk to you later, the guys are waiting for us out back. See ya." With that Austin dragged me away from his parents.

"So how are you liking Massachusetts so far?"

"It's not bad apart from getting lost every time I try to find the kitchen." Laughing to myself. "Literally, I think I've got lost like ten times already and it's only been two days."

"It used to be like that when I moved in, mind you I was only seven at the time, you can imagine how long it took me to get around this house with my seven year old legs."

"So you've lived here most of your life?"

"Yeah, born and raised, I moved from one part of Massachusetts to another. What about you I've never heard your accent before?"

"I'm from all around: Illinois, Texas, Cali and most recently New York so I suppose I've just picked up a bit of everything."

"Wow, I've rarely been out of the state never mind across the country."

"Yeah, our family doesn't bode well in the same place for long; though that doesn't help the directionally impaired."

Laughing at me he said, "Directionally impaired, is that even a word?"

"What else would you call a person with no sense of direction?"

"I don't know but not that." He shook his head. "Well... here we are." He paused and swung the door open for me to step through. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't look like a crazy elephant had barged through it like my brothers' rooms usually did.
