I have to go see him. I love Eudon, I always have. I don't get how a once loving, and humble boy turned into an arrogant excuse of a man. Even now as I find myself sprinting towards his cell, I can't figure out why he snapped. But he's going to answer me today! I know the risk of facing him alone, but if I can bring back the old Eudon, my caring, loving Eudon, then I'll take my chances.
"Wake up Eudon!!! We are going to have a conversation, right here and right now!"
"Ryia, what are your intentions?! Why did you come to me?!"
"Stop it with the bad guy act already!!! I simply came to ask you some questions. And you will answer them!"
"Look Ryia, honestly I can't threaten you with a straight face, but I don't want any part of your interrogation. You may mean a lot to me, but this just isn't a good time to talk. My own friends locked me up, you, the girl of my dreams stole my energy, and now I'm the bad guy?! I wanted to talk before it came down to a fight and none of you idiots heard me out!"
"Because you are wrong!!! You want to basically defy the Gods and absorb the entire Tri-Amnis! You'd be basically enslaving Klevainia and Karonia under Acronious while you sit on a throne and rule the world! What's peaceful about that, your trying to start war and take these two nations as your victory trophy'"
"But in the end there will be peace, and those opposed to peace will die! I watched my father live and die on that throne. He was stronger than entire nations by himself! And he died an ordinary emperor, nothing more. If you need a reason, then there you go. I want to be remembered, and what better way than to truly unite the Tri-Amnis. To accomplish what even the gods failed at."
"So that's it, you want to start war to be remembered? These other countries have great warriors too. You could die, Klevainia and Karonia have warriors who like you, wield weapons of the gods. You could die, and even if you pulled this off and lived you'd be hated by at least two thirds of the Tri-Amnis. Didn't you think this through?!"
"I-I..."
Through my own tears, I see Eudon crying. I open his cell, and walk up to him, kneeling by his side. I look in his eyes to see pain, and sorrow. He breaks our gaze, looking ashamed.
"I'm sorry Ryia. I never wanted to hurt you, any of you. But even as an emperor, I feel worthless. And now, I'm a prisoner who turned his back on his closest friends. I deserve only death."
"No, you deserve a second chance. Deep down you've always been a gentle soul. You don't need a statue or accomplishments for worth. Your dad left you and Cedrik behind, and you two are worth more than any other honors that could be attached to his name."
"But would you except me back, I was prepared to destroy our entire central government, just to go down in history. I-I"
I put my finger over his lips and look into his eyes. He seems sincere, but the others won't be convinced of it.
"I accept you, if I didn't, then I wouldn't be here. I promise I'll bring you out of here as my charming, loving, and happy fiancé. The one I remember when we first became lovers."
"You were so shy back then, but I always knew you were special."
We sit there for a while and I hold him as we reminisce on our first date.

Jasmine, Juliet and Alice asked me to come along to go get something to eat with them. I really like them and all, but nowadays all they do is talk about boys, and accuse each other of liking certain guys. I'm just glad nobody has tried to figure out my crush. Jasmine is talking now, and she is probably the most talkative of all of us.

FantasyMy second book I ever wrote, well kind, I didn't finish it, I don't plan too, but here it is anyway just in case. This book taught me a lot! this is a raw, unedited book, and is meant to be enjoyed as such, more serious work is on the way!
