Son to no one, Incendium, grew up in a poor, hopeless orphanage. The lady running the orphanage, Nina, was a very nice lady who did everything she could to keep the orphan children happy. Incendium grew up alongside the future members of his group, the Terribilis Dolor, who along with Nina, were his only friends he'd ever have. Incendium was a very troubled kid, and oftentimes locked himself up in a room, just to be left alone. His first two friends, Delta and Fur were the only two children his age that he could talk to in the beginning. Together they formed a pact, to become high ranking warriors in the Lenta Mentis, so that they could protect and give back to children like themselves. Eventually they were joined by Petrum, Crystal, Mutatio, Novis, Etiam, Pupa, Calandra, and Regio, who all wanted to do the same. These once innocent and loving children were scarred for life when something unspeakable happened.
While they were all practicing the use of their powers one day, a member of the Lenta Mentis came to arrest Nina. Nina was a rebel and an outlaw, having once tried to take over Acronious, in hopes of spreading her idea of peace to the world. Her power was the same as Incendium's own heat ability, and she used it both gracefully, and lethally. That day she murdered 20 Lenta Mentis, but it wasn't enough to save her own life. She had been nicked by a poison tipped sword, and she soon fell ill. Before she died, she passed on her will to Incendium. To reunite the Tri-Amnis, by any means necessary. Nina, the only parent that any of these children knew, died in his arms, leaving a hole it his heart, and filling it with a rage like no other. Incendium vowed to never lose anyone again, and to carry out Nina's will, even if it killed him! The orphanage became the operations base of the Terribilis Dolor, and when they grew up, they turned it into a bar, being a good disguise and a great source of income. Each member has a tattoo with Nina's ashes in it, representing their will, to fight for her will. Incendium bares a dragon on his chest, embodying the elegant heat ability that he shared with Nina. Fur bears a bandit, representing his ability to steal or share others abilities. Delta, before his death, had a lighting strike, representing the speed of his flicker technique. Petram bares a hammer and sickle, representing his ability to grow weapons and armor from his body. Crystal bares a heart, for her ability to heal and make you stronger. Mutatio bears a lion, representing his ability to become any animal or bug he wants, lions bring his favorite. Novis bears a mirror, representing his ability to deflect attacks at him or his allies. Calandra bears a hot spring, representing her ability to spray hot water from her mouth. Regio bears a brain, representing his abnormally advanced intelligence and reflexes. Etiam bears a skull and cross bones, representing his ability to paralyze anyone he touches in fears. Pupa bears a rock, for her ability to control earth, creating rock golems. Together the Terribilis Dolor vow to one day make Nina's dream come true. And Incendium, son to no one, vowed to avenge the only woman he ever thought of as a mother.
