A warm light radiates into the room, rays of amber chaotically shift with the setting sun and drifting clouds.
She stares at the bright eye that ogles back, its radiance dancing like an emanating wildfire. Stripes of black and white spin rapidly in her eyes, locking her gaze into a blatant trance of deafening ringing.
Her eyes light up ablaze as if lightning has struck through its core. The subsequent sound drums once in her ears.
A repetitive thudding pounds in the background, yet still it is evident that the low booming is only in the back of her mind. The thundering continues as her view is still caged. The sun throbs and billows, now marching silhouettes can be seen revolving around the orb, the thrumming in sync with the footsteps.
Suddenly, she blinks, and her mesmerising daydream breaks cold. Her eyes are now dazed with spots of darkness left from the angry sun.
Before the eye has fully set, a neon green flash bursts and swiftly fades away. The sky is now dim and blue.
Silence ensues.

"Kochou?" Giyuu gently places his palm onto her shoulder. Her eyes were strangely fixed on the distance; the sun that had just set.
As if having woken up from a dream, her eyes immediately flutter and she smiles as she looks up for his face.
"I'm fine," she replies, her head was on his lap whilst his was resting against a wall. She uses her hands to push her body up and lightly peck his cheek. It had become a habit for her every time they met at this point, yet Giyuu still had to look away as Shinobu innocently smiled at him.
